Before hiring Virtual Design Crew, I researched many web design companies online and locally. As someone who is not tech savvy, the process felt overwhelming. Some firms were AI-driven, and others had friendly people who just weren't the right fit.

Virtual Design Crew was different. Sam was easy to work with and treated me with respect, never like a rookie, even though I was one. He answered all my questions, and I could tell he truly cared about me, my website, and my new business.

Mark cooper and his team have been working with me for the past couple of months on helping me begin an online store and a website for my business which provides nutritional, healthcare and homecare services along with creating a logo, stationary and business cards. They have gone above and beyond with things like getting my business registered amongst other things such as integrating with social media to make this business function and be noticed properly. They also have been guiding me so that my business is legally set up so there will be no issues with the law. Whenever I turn to them with any issues they jump on it and take care of everything in a very professional and respectful manner. They do not waste any time and are very prompt in taking care of all matters. Anytime I reach out to them, they either pick up the phone or get back to me within minutes or the same day. I am very satisfied with Mark Cooper and his team for all they have done for me so far and I am very extremely satisfied with their hard work, effort and time they put into helping me through this process.
