Excellent course. Well thought out and presented, easy to follow and understand. The information is reliable and comprehensive. It touches on many aspects and provides some very helpful tips to help yourself and those around you. Notes and exercises are really helpful they will make you stop and think about yourself and who you are. The course had the right length of time to get the message over clearly and helpfully.

I had a positive experience and enjoyed this course. Its message shifts your perspective and helps you reconsider the way you approach your thoughts and different aspects of your life, empowering you to make good decisions. It also has a practical lens for re-focusing our whole approach to self care. I would strongly recommend it to anyone, but especially parents and those who think they’re too busy to look after themselves. Regarding the format, I listened to it on my way to work and it didn't take me that long to complete. Also, it's good that it has quizzes at the end of each lesson! There is a powerful message that will stay with you for a long time.

I just completed the course for busy mums, which is fantastic! It explains our possible feelings, experiences, needs and gives great ideas to understand and help to oureself step by step. While listening to the course I saw many lovely images related to what I was listening to. I like the language and clarity of the message in Ela's voice. I think that any parent even with a poor English can understand the whole message.
I found very interesting the idea that any child tends to copy their parents. Before struggling with how to speak to them or try to manage a good education we should speak to ourselves and try to be a good example for them. I think it is more efficient in the case of a child who tends to not listen to their parents without being aware that they absorb automatically our behaviour as parents. I think it is a good and wise strategy for education in any situation.

The knowledge and advise included in the course has helped me to re-evaluate and make changes that I never thought possible. The instructor Ella was incredibly encouraging and knowledgable. Highly reccommended regardless of your child’s age.

I thought I am a very good mother, but the fact is that there is always something to learn, and a lot too! I love to listen again and again, every time I find something new and useful for the actual situation.
Everything is done in a very clear and professional way, very usefu! l I would say.. a treasure!

The course was great!
I've enjoyed learning about how to support children in building their self-esteem/self-image up, but I also learned a lot about how to support myself in doing the parrarel work in the same area.
I know for sure that feeling stronger myself will definitely help me in supporting my children.
