We used Virtue for our bathroom refurbishment( we have previously used them for plumbing and boiler maintenance matters always getting good service) Sean the boss was able to to provide us with a competitive quote for the job and throughout was attentive making sure we knew exactly what would be happening when. Once the project was on the ground Matt headed the team carrying out the work and liaising with subcontractors doing the tiling and mastic work. All was dealt with efficiently and in a friendly manner - all the people who came to work were very personable, more impressive perhaps that they were working through the middle of the heat wave! When minor alterations were required to the plan as we weren’t quite happy with something Matt dealt with these without demurral . Result? Happy customer with exactly the bathroom hoped for at a fair price. Recommended- and thanks to all at Virtue!

Virtue have been great since they installed our new system a couple of years ago. They are very easily contactable through WhatsApp and can schedule appointments at very short notice. Would recommend.

We made a call for help as our hot water wasn’t working, and the radiators at the end of the run were cold. Virtue installed our Vaillant boiler back in 2020, and it has been serviced annually by Virtue’s maintenance team ever since. As expected they were very friendly, helpful and reliable and we were back to having a cosy home very quickly. If you ever needed a reliable company to service your heating, I would recommend them.

fair quote. Professional pre-work feasibility assessment. Day of work: 2 x smart, polite, keen engineers. Care taken to prepare workspace. Professional and well equipped. Due to a tricky flu position in the roof, the engineers had a roofer on call and the task was completed within an hour, enabling the boiler installation to be completed in a day without cutting supply to our house. Superb outfit !! I will use for my servicing going forwards.

Faulty domestic water heater stopped heating water. Requested callout via email on Weds 22/02, received reply within the hour with a 9am–11am slot on Fri 24/02.

Plumber arrived at 8:59 and was very professional and polite. After a few electrical and other checks the problem was fixed with a simple reset of the thermostat unit, so no major work was needed and I was very happy to have the problem fixed promptly.

I forgot to ask for a price quote beforehand but the invoice came through the following Monday and seemed reasonable.

Excellent service, would recommend and will most likely use again.

Fantastic service from the team at Virtue, we had a leaky rad valve for ages and no other plumbers wanted to treat this with urgency but after a quick call with Virtue they had someone over the next morning. Fitted a new part, checked over all the other rads and the boiler plus, provided feedback on ways to keep things working smoothly during the winter.

Great service/experience and will certainly be using them again!

Boiler Service - Turned up on time, polite and courteous gas engineer - First class service A++

Hired to replace a leaking water meter. Turned up on time, coordinated with contractor hired by landlord to turn off water and replaced the meter. Prices very reasonable for the level of service. Would recommend.

The plumber turned up on time and was so friendly and polite. Whatever I asked he did his best to answer and he even programmed my hot water timer for me. I couldn't have asked for a better service!

Absolutely top company.
I needed a new boiler-they came out straight away and gave me a quote -they were also very prompt in coming out to change my old boiler to a new one.
Extremely tidy absolutely no mess left -very professional-you could tell they knew what they were doing!
I received a call afterwards from Ali the office manager to ask if everything was ok-which was very nice-not all companies do that.
They were local to me which is great.
