100% scammers who just take the money and do nothing. Moroccan website, 72 hours for an visa, 5 weeks later and no visa, offered a tiny pretend refund which goes nowhere to coverage of our holiday. Even send us confirmation we had the visa then retracted it saying it was a mistake. Find a more reputable company than this one, they will ruin your holidays before you even get there.Good to see that they have replied, shame that they please ignorance rather than admit they are wrong. Go and check out Reddit for 1000s of other customers suffering with the same scam.
