bought what was represented as an upscale ball lamp for over $200. The website description even mentioned a marble base. What arrived (from China) was a cheap piece of junk. It should have retailed for about $30, I'd guess. Instead of offering a refund they told me to ship it back to China. Which would be about $60 with a refund issued only after they confirmed it had arrived. I told them I would ship it to Oregon at my expense, but not to China. They insisted they couldn't do that. Scam artists, stay away from Visatomu. My bank reversed the charge.

The lighting fixture I purchased arrived securely packaged and looked exactly like the photos online. Installation was simple, and it instantly became one of my favorite pieces in the house. The attention to detail is so impressive.

Their products are a scam!!! We received our shoe box and it was nothing like the quality in the photo and in fact we can’t even fit our shoes in it despite it being a “shoe rack”.

Avoid! Ordered a £400 lamp. It arrived in two separate shipments with no warning, the first of which contained a faulty shade with visible air bubbles clearly not matching the product photos.

When I asked to return the item, I was offered a 15% “goodwill gesture”, then 25%, then a replacement — anything but an actual refund. It took weeks of back and forth before they admitted the return address is in China, making return shipping cost around £100 with no guarantee of a refund.

The brand presents as Western but is operated from China with zero UK accountability. I had to raise a chargeback. Avoid entirely.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I liked the overall design and the product quality. The iron frame feels sturdy, and the light sits close to the ceiling, which is what I wanted. Installation took some time, but the final look is worth it.

I thought it was worth giving you an update on why you must not shop with this company. Visatomu has agreed to give me a refund (after me constantly demanding one as per their returns policy), but only if I send their shockingly poor quality goods back to China at my expense. They offered for me to keep the shelves and give me a 30% refund but I have repeatedly explained I don't want this rubbish in my house, even if it was free. So, my only purpose now is to warn others and hope that my campaign against them stops other people wasting their time and money with this disingenuous company.

The outdoor wall lights I ordered gave our patio a much cleaner and more modern look. Highly recommended!

Under no circumstances should you order from this company. I recently ordered a floor light which turned up damaged, with battered packaging and in a sea of broken polystyrene. There were no assembly instructions and it looks absolutely nothing like the one on the photograph on the website. When I queried this I was told this was normal for this model and emailed instructions. However these bear no resemblance to the product I’ve been shipped and I don’t think there are even enough parts to assemble it. It has also come with a US Plug which is not suitable for the UK. They initially answered a few emails but now that I am asking to return the fitting there is no response and no answer to the phone number on the website whatever time of day or night you call. I’ve since seen on other websites that this is a drop shipping site and suspect that is the case. Whei complained about the damage and the lack of plug they did actually refund 20% but I am still left with a light fitting that is completely unusable and basically rubbish. Be warned!!

I’ve been trying to make my apartment feel more modern without doing a full renovation. One purchase from Visatomu surprisingly changed the vibe of the whole space.

I honestly didn’t expect the quality to feel this nice for the price. the design looks modern, the finish feels premium, and everything arrived properly packed without any issues.

The decor piece I received added such a cozy touch to my living room. I like how their products focus on comfort and style without feeling overly expensive.

I purchased two shoe racks for a total of $440 (on sale). What I purchased is not at all what I received. The quality is offensive, the colors were completely off and the entire structure of the shoe racks were different than the product photo. The "oak finish" we selected was wood grain stickers crudely wrapped around particle board.. Further investigation of their website led me to realize every photo they have on their site is AI. I reached out to the company to get a refund and they want me to ship it back to China (lol when their website said everywhere they're out of Beaverton Oregon) for $560. $560 to send back the actual trash they sent me just to get my $440 back. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Excellent brand for decorating your home. Decorative lamp and some other accessories have been purchased. Great quality of goods and everything matches pictures exactly. Packaging and shipping were also great and even to Australia!

Cosy home must-haves – just what I wanted!. I've bought several items for decoration of my home and I was pleasantly surprised by their quality. Great products that feel very luxurious. Fast delivery with a tracking option was also great. This brand deserves all the praise. Re-ordering for sure!
