I ordered these glasses near Christmas and today 3/1/2022 I have not received them

I actually did not purchase these VisionFocus glasses. Because it appeared to good to be true. So I did what everybody should do first, research, or better yet talk to someone who has them, the reviews convinced me that these glasses were just a con job scam, on gullible Americans, I have been lured in by expert con men before many times, I now do not buy anything off the internet, without thoroughly researching, and almost every time find out its a scam job, to good to be true, and people are always looking for the "to good to be true" deal of a life time. not me anymore I learned the expensive and hard way, do not trust these scammers to tell the truth. So how do you know if a scammer is lying to you?, Will Rodgers says you can always tell because "his lips are moving".

The quality of these glasses would be a disappointment if they came from a cheap Christmas cracker.
Cannot be focused and even if they could, they are so flimsy they would break after a few adjustments.
The return address is in Holland. It costs £13 to return them.
I returned a day after I received them and a month or so later, they were returned to me with a label saying the return was too late??
Firm are impossible to contact to complain, and since they cost under a £100 section 75 doesn’t work either.
Most blatant case of online fraud I have come across.

I purchased three pair of Vision Focus eye glasses. They would not focus for me to read, so I tried to return them. The company's reps. were not helpful, so I mailed them back to the company's documented address certified mail and the package was returned with label that said "Could no forward". OK, I can get nasty also so AMEX has refunded me and, guess what, I still have the glasses. Very dishonest company. Do not purchase their products.

Can someone please explain how people fall for this scam these glasses also available on eBay for £4.99 are a piece of plastic junk. The Sellers keep changing their company name to scam people with this rubbish.

This is a perfect example of mass produced junk!!! If I
knew what a poor design and even worse manufacturing I would not pay a penny for such junk.
Try to get intouch with some for a full refund is impossible. Total ripoff

March 26,2021. Ordered the so-called great glasses. What a ripoff. They claim if not satisfied , will give full refund. No questions asked. They were like looking thru the end of a soda bottle.
April 15,2021 went to FEDEX to return. It is now May 21,2021and still NO Refund. Seems the Better Business Bureau might want to investigate.

This is one big scam. The glasses are no use to anyone. Cheap and nasty. Do not order anything. It's also impossible to get in touch with anyone to request a refund. Keep well clear

They are unusable

This is a product which has been produced and marketed simply to make money from the unsuspected customer. Visionfocus like so many companies know that many people will be swayed by the advertising and will part with their money without little or no checks against the legitimate practicality of the product. I always tend to blame the customer for not being suspicious enough of so called bargains, but the company has to play their part also in being honest and of good integrity. Visionfocus do not match this criteria.

It is total joke, No phone number or email to contact. product is of the lowest quality, I am sure if I use it I am going to deteriorate my vision more. Google should take action and stop these on line scammers to rob common peoples. They are fraud their product is fraud, Their claims are nothing but lies. Please save yourself and your money. Being cheated is a disgrace too. only thing I have is their return address on the envelop and I am sending their garbage back to where it came from.

These turned out to be a waste of time. They feel and look cheap, and I could not get a clear focus on anything.

Check the reviews on their website. Hilarious! Obviously all made up. 2 of them are duplicated word for word by 4 different people. Also duplication of reviewers photos with different names. They are obviously targeting the hard of thinking!

LOL at George the beneficiary of this scam laughing all the way to the bank with this web garbage Rip Off .Hahahaha Decided not to order after reading all the trash eye glass product they received. George if you don't want to reimburse your scammed customers how about sending them part of your large whisky & cuban cigar collection?

No 50% discount. Their recording say they will refund. Not if you can’t reach them! SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered these glasses because it sounded like a great idea, but the product execution is poor. The field of vision is too small and the image is a bit distorted. I emailed the company same day I received the glasses to return them. They did not respond. Weeks later I reached cust. svc. via chat but was told they cannot authorize a return. Tried again with the customer service and finally received a response requesting photo of product and packaging. No RMA as it's over 30 days, but only because they refused to respond till it was too late. Very poor customer service. Think I've been scammed. Save your $ and do NOT order from this company.

Absolute load of rubbish.

These are a gimmic. They are not very well made at all. I think someone described as apt what you expect out of a cracker!

They are certainly not worth the money even with 50% off. Stick with your optician and get Executive varifocals designed to function correctly.

With the added bonus that you make it difficult to refund fully within the 30 day period as promised.

Thank you! for nothing. Use credit card and arrange a dispute. Only chance of getting your money back.

This company is a scam.I ordered and few minutes after I changed my mind about it and contacted them to cancel the order and after few hrs I got an email stating it’s too late to cancel because they already shipped it.I looked at their policy and it says if u want to cancel u have 12 hrs to do it and I did it few minutes after I paid the item.To make the long story short until now I have not received anything from this company.It’s more than 2 weeks now.Pls BEWARE ..Do not buy from this company...these are SCAMMERS

Beware this company. There is no contactable UK address and the telephone number does not work. The product is complete rubbish and the returns procedure indicates that all you have to do is quote the order number.
Not a chance, and the excuses are just not believable.
Whatever you do, do not risk your money with this outfit.

I tried to purchase some of your glasses. First of all you would not accept my Visa card because you say there were not enough numbers. I then used my American Express card and you took it but there are other numbers and a different name also printed under my information. I have called the number 1-501-430-3455 provided several times but unable to talk to anyone. I feel this is a shame company and I want a refund immediately.

Hi, I was`nt aware that i was dealing with a shonky company , since i had only shown an iinterest in purchasing the family set of glasses for $ 143.98 but some how seem to be getting charged for an extra pair @ 75.00 bringing my grand total to$ 202.00 . This is obviously a mistake on my part & I do not wish to be charged for an extra pairof glasses. So, could you please just charge for the initial family set @ 143.98, & then i wo`nt have to forward this email to the official Australian Scam register authorities. Thank you.
