Linking my social media accounts is straightforward. The app is easy to use, and it lets me post to one account at a time.

The reason that made me switch to Vista Social is it's affordability compared to other SMM tools in the market. It's inbox feature helped me a lot in handling multiple clients specially with it's AI features. Scheduling across multiple platforms has never been more easier using Vista Social.

I bought the software via appsumo (lifetime deal) then got my plan completely removed because I wasn't using it, the same as loads of other folk have had done to them. I sent loads and loads of emails to them and they would not even reply to me after the first email. Awful way to treat paying customers who invest in your company right at the start, and it also had an awful knock-on effect on my wee company. AVOID!

Naw, this company ain't it. They will cancel your account and then not respond to you to fix. Then they will delete all your content. Stick to the reputable, established companies.

I had a scheduled meeting with their onboard team and waited on zoom for 20 mins... they opted to no show. If they can't do a simple meeting makes me concerned about the company integrity and their product, showing up for a meeting is a simple rule of thumb.

What I like most about Vista Social is their reporting and analytics features. The platform provides clear customizable reports that make it easy to measure engagement, followers growth. The calendar view is another highlight, I can see all my content from all my platforms in one overview. I also like the competitors analysis feature in reporting, you can easily compare your performance against your competitors. This is helpful for benchmarking content strategies. The platform also integrates well with major social networks, supports AI-generated post suggestions and offers an easy to navigate interface.

What I like a bit less about Vista Social that connecting certain social accounts give an error. But I couldn't trace why the social account does not want to connect to Vista Social.

Overall, I like Vista Social. It is reliable and easy to use for managing multiple social media accounts in one place. It is an excellent all-in-one solution for online marketing teams/agencies.

Vista Social is a must have tool for new and old Social Media Managers. What I like about this tool is that aside from the usual social media platforms, they also support Threads. From my 2-3 browser tabs before, I got only one now - less memory usage. Another thing that I liked about this tool is their listening feature, cheaper yet powerful.

Service is ok. Bought during their AS launch and a few things have been buggy since and never fixed. They removed Twitter access. Then they cancelled our account (with unlimited users and 40 accounts) for abuse. For reference, we have 3 users, and 4 total accounts (for one business). Customer service doesn't answer. We emailed several times waiting over a week between each bump. Don't bother and just go with something established. It's not like they are any cheaper than the big boys that actually have a working product.

I love the reporting and the instagram funnel.

It is very easy to work with, a true all-in-one tool that integrates well with platforms and manages all DMs in one place. Highly reccomend it.

Vista Social banned my account in response to the negative review I posted on AppSumo, even though I had purchased it as a lifetime license.
This is a very unreasonable and hard-to-believe action.

Franchement, Vista Social m’a beaucoup aidé à mieux gérer mes réseaux ! L’interface est super simple à comprendre, tout est regroupé au même endroit et ça fait gagner un temps fou. J’aime aussi le fait que le support soit réactif et qu’ils écoutent vraiment leurs utilisateurs. Pour le prix, c’est clairement l’un des meilleurs outils que j’ai testés. Je le recommande sans hésiter à ceux qui veulent gérer leurs réseaux plus facilement et efficacement !
