Prisen for ydelsen er skyhøj og man bliver straks betænkelig ved metoden og ved hjemmesiden.

Jeg skulle betale en fast pris 340 for et visum og yderligere 1500 alene i betaling for at bestille det!

Da jeg havde betalt begge dele, viste det sig, at det var helt unødvendigt, mange andre udbydere tager slet ikke det sidste gebyr og nu er jeg rent ud sagt bange for, at det hele var bedrag.

Jeg har ikke modtaget et visum endnu og får jeg det ikke tilsendt meget snart, melder jeg dem for svindel til politi og andre myndigheder.

Har flere gange forsøgt at ringe - men trods deres danske firmanavn, får jeg en udenlandsk telefonsvarer hver gang og intet svar.

Meget mistænkeligt!

Min vän fick hela sin resa förstörd när Visumservice skrev in fel personnummer trots att de hade foto på passet. De skickade bekräftelsemail och allt såg bra ut fram tills hon stod på flygplatsen. Tusentals kronor för flygbiljett rakt ner i sjön för att Visumservice inte kan utföra sitt jobb. Oseriöst!

Jag vill verkligen varna för företaget Visumservice.
Ingen ska behöva gå igenom det min familj fick utstå.

Jag, min man och min lilla dotter skulle åka på vår första resa tillsammans. Vi hade sparat pengar. Vi la ut 14000 kr för biljetter och jag tog ut semesterdagar. Kostnaden för Visumservice var 4300 kr.

När jag står på flygplatsen har Visumservice skrivit fel personnummer på min stackars dotters ansökan.
Visumservice har ett foto på passet och de har skickat ut ett mail om att allt är godkänt men detta var inte sant.
Vi får alltså inte åka iväg på våran drömresa, allt betalt och bokad, och vi får vända hem pga Visumservice.

Nu måste vår familj spara ihop pengar igen för att allt är borta, utan att ens ha fått genomföra denna drömresa. Allt jag kan göra är att varna er andra.

Använd er absolut inte av detta företag.

Jeg betalt for 2 x visum til Mozambique, for min søn og jeg, der netop er kommet hjem fra Mozambique.
Stor var vores overraskelse da vi ankom til Maputo lufthavn den 4. februar og skulle betale for visum 2 x 650 MZN. Ca. 152 danske kr. for visum til Mozambique. De anerkendte ganske enkelt ikke vores visum fra jer.
M.a.o. Vores visum ansøgning hos jer var helt unødvendig og ikke gyldig. Hvorfor skulle jeg betale kr. 3.176,30 for visum hos jer som ikke var nødvendigt? Hvorfor fortæller I ikke at jeg ikke behøver visum til Mozambique? Hvor tager I jer betalt for en ydelse der slet ikke er nødvendig, ikke gyldig og falsk?
Når jeg samtidig tænker på hvor megen dialog der har været, hvor megen tid der er blevet brugt på at fremskaffe jeres påståede krævende dokumentation, føler jeg mig ganske enkelt godt og grundigt snydt.

Varning lurendrejeri!!!! Kostar mer än tre gånger så mycket!!!

I paid them 12000NOK for a visa premium service to Nigeria that I ultimately did not get on time (ran out of waiting time even after 15 days). They have no way of expediting an application and transfer of documents and info can be/was delayed within their system (or perhaps they lied to me). I ultimately went online and applied for a visa on arrival that I received within a day and for less than $200!
Visumservice is a sham service that thrives on your lack of info about alternatives. Now you have the info - run as far as you can!

Servicen er ret god og hurtig, jeg vil anbefale det for folk, som ikke ved hvordan man skaffer et visum.
Men prisen var ikke klart kommunikeret. Jeg søgte visum til Marokko for min far, og de skrev at prisen er omkring 800 kr, som lyd rimelig. Men da jeg skulle udfylde nogle informationer, så var der en tillægspris på omkring 1400 kr, som gives for " Morocco Tourist
eVisa Behandling". Dette var ikke velkommunikeret, som er derfor jeg ikke er fuldstændig tilfreds med servicen.

CIBT Visaservice er virkelig en hjælp, når det kommer til at få styr på visa. De gør processen enkel og sparer dig både tid og besvær.

Særligt vil jeg fremhæve Hawra Jalal. Hun er super professionel og utrolig imødekommende. Hun går altid det ekstra skridt for at sikre, at alt er i orden, og forklarer tålmodigt, hvis der er noget, der er uklart.

Horribly expensive and overly complicated! I paid 4500kr for a visa to Ghana, which would have cost me 750kr if I had just done the posting and online process my self. Would highly recommend anyone to follw the online visa appication guide yourself instead of using this scam service.

MUCH too expensive. EXTREMELY stressful because of getting the visa DAYS before departure despite constant emails from me reminding them that my plane is departing soon. took too much time to get visa despite ordering 2 months beforehand. very displeased with that. was about to give me a heartattack at 22 years of age.

Main complaint being price. entire thing cost me roughly 800 dollars to go to bangladesh despite less than a satisfactory experience. the sheer amount of stress from it is certainly more than noteworthy. it would have been 100% worth it if the total had been somewhere around 400 dollars but since it wasn't i had to take away precious money i could've spent IN bangladesh.

the customer experience employee i had (Sofie) was pretty nice and helpful though.

Overall will not be using this service again due to price and stress. unless compensated
