Jeg bestiller et produkt og betaler med MobilePay, går ikke igennem første gang, så prøver en gang mere...så er der betalt. Der går et par dage så opdager jeg at jeg har 2 ordre. Kontakter firmaet om at annullere den ene ordre, det kan ikke lade sig gøre. Efter 26 dag modtager mine ordrer. Kontakter firmaet ang. returnering, skal sende et billede af varen. Hvorefter jeg får i vide at den ikke kan returneres da jeg har pakket den ud 🤔 har kun pakket den ud af forsendelses emballage, selve produktet er stadig i æske, med plast om. Får i vide at det er på grund af hygiejniske årsager 🤔 Svindler firma

Super customer service, fast delivery and great product - can see the difference already!

I ordered Omniotic ear cleaner from Vita Animal Health and I have been really impressed with how well it has worked. I was really surprised at how much wax it was able to dislodge-much of which we couldn't see until the Omniotic had softened it and brought it to the surface. I love that it's also antiviral and antibacterial-it gives extra peace of mind that it's doing much more than just cleaning. It's worked so well that I've now ordered a second bottle to clean the other ear.

Also, my communications with Vita Animal Health themselves have been fantastic. With ears being delicate structures we were a little nervous about doing something wrong initially but we called Vita for advice and they were really helpful and clear on guiding us in what to do, which allowed us to use the product with confidence. They've also been very quick to reply to all communications regarding my orders-highly recommended.

The original product never arrived. On contacting the Company, they immediately apologised and re-sent the product which arrived a week later, notwithstanding the Royal Mail strikes, and in time for Christmas. The product is excellent. Well done.
