Been on the daily personalised sachets for 2 months now and I honestly feel fantastic! Maybe it’s the quality, maybe it’s the personalisation, or maybe it’s just sticking with them more consistently, but something is definitely working!

I genuinely don’t understand how this company thinks their practices are acceptable. I recently discovered I was suddenly charged for a subscription I believed I had cancelled, with my last order received almost a year ago, but apparently my subscription was only 'paused'. When I contacted customer service the same day I got the charge notification, they claimed they had sent a reminder email prior restarting my subscription and will not be able to refund me, but I never received that email. I double-checked my inbox, including spam and filters by date. Nothing. Just the new order confirmation.

Even if an email had been sent, a vague “we will be processing your order in the next 24 hours” notice is not a fair or transparent way to notify someone on this reactivation, especially a customer who hasn't been using Vitable for almost a year. If you do not check your email within the short window, they will charge you without active consent.

To make things worse, there’s no way to delete your saved payment method through the app or website. They don’t offer a proper self-service option, which feels deliberate. Once your card is on file, they are able to charge you unknowingly.

Even after re-cancelling this time round, I received no email confirmation, so nothing stops them from reactivating my account and charging me again unexpectedly down the road, saying I only paused the subscription and not cancelled. Sneakily charging unsuspecting customers to generate revenue is an odd way to run a business.

Navigating the cancellation process is another red flag... it's intentionally dragged out. Multiple pages, endless alternate options to delay the subscription, everything except a clear and simple “cancel” button and confirm to cancel. I cancelled the service after delaying my orders a few times, but apparently not. That ambiguity is no doubt by design.

In my experience, starting a subscription isn't worth the risk, I learned that the hard way. There are many more affordable and reliable alternatives with better products, such as simply getting your vitamins from Chemist Warehouse. They won't have your card on file and charge you for products you didn’t order.

Note: The resolution was Vitable keeping 75% of what I paid without sending the unwanted order that was forced upon me and issuing only a 25% refund. Draw your own conclusions about this company.

I’ve been taking Vitable for a few months now and am very happy with the service. Delivery has been on time and I’ve been feeling a lot more energised and sleeping better. Would recommend.

Vitable is super convenient — their pre-packed supplement packs make it really easy to get what you need without thinking too much. However, it’s pretty expensive compared to buying individual supplements yourself.

Speaking of which, getting individual supplements is much cheaper and gives you more flexibility.

One major downside: the Activated B Complex smells absolutely horrible. Like, it really stinks — seriously, be prepared for that.

Overall, great for convenience, terrible for your nose, and not the most cost-effective option.

The convenience of it and also the app with rewards makes it even more satisfying to get streaks of days taking it worthwhile. On top of that, I could custom my order whenever at my convenience. Overall, I am so happy to make me and my partner be on this subscription

I’m nearly finished my second bottle. So my second review !! Much less hair fall. It’s hard to tell regards growth as I’ve had a trim .. keen to see the results there .. I will purchase a third as I see all suggestions recommend 3 months. 😊

Vitable has made taking vitamins so easy and simple. Their packing is great and very compact. The app helps me track and remember to take my vitamins. The quiz was so helpful in figuring out which vitamins I should take. Would 100% recommend to a friend.

I’m a few days into my Vitable journey and so far I’m loving it! I’m normally terrible and remembering my vitamins and knowing what to take, but this was super easy to take the quiz, I got my package very quick and now I’m already feeling the benefits! I highly recommend this!
