I ordered product on March 10th. Still waiting 15 days later.

Shipping came right on time, not too early or too late. I appreciate the autoship.....

Delivery was quick and easy

I never received my order. I will be reporting to my credit card company.

I ordered 2 bottles and got charged for 6. The bank called and asked if that amount was fraud. I said I didn't order anything for $279 from Florida. So now my card is locked because you insisted on charging me a big amount and I was expecting $46.

poor customer service, i requested to cancel delivery and receive no respobse

Product came quickly this time. Sometime shipping takes a long time on my wife's auto ship items.

I have tried and tried canceling an order and I’ve not gotten any response. I was contacted via text and responded to cancel, it was acknowledged so I thought the order was cancelled. Then it came! I have two unopened bottles and don’t need any more!

I said to cancel the order, and it was sent anyway.

I didn’t get a receipt of the item i ordered,would like one sent to me

I was happy to find the product we needed on Vitaheals website. It did require a minimum order of two bottles, but that’s OK. I paid for expedited shipping, and the items did ship in that timeframe. They came packaged extremely well. No chance for breakage.

I found exactly what I was looking for on the website and was pleased with the ordering process. Customer service is responsive in a timely manner. Unfortunately shipping is not what is stated on the website. I have yet to receive an item that I ordered on November 1st and it is now November 11th.

Arrived pretty quickly.

My top-recommended meds arrived on time. I appreciate the regular deliveries coming without reminders.

Still not received. Posted from China not the eu. Tracking number is showing its dhl but when check Tracking is china post company. Can't take the supplements even when arrive because probably fake powder inside and who knows what's in it. Don't waste your money
