I placed an order for a supplement, only to receive an email from the company a day later stating that the item was out of stock. They provided no estimated restock date or shipping timeframe whatsoever.

Given the indefinite delay, I immediately emailed customer support to cancel the order. To my surprise, they refused to process the cancellation for an item they hadn't even shipped yet, telling me I had to wait for the package to arrive first and then request a refund.

To make matters worse, attempting to resolve this over the phone was impossible—their automated support line does not allow you to speak with a customer service representative and simply loops you back to sending an email.

Refusing to cancel an unfulfilled, backordered item and offering no functional phone support is completely unacceptable business practice. I have had to open a payment dispute just to get my money back. Save yourself the hassle and purchase your supplements elsewhere.

When I first placed an order, my bank flagged it as fraud. I thought I had blocked payment. I contacted them and they waited 3 days to confirm they were a real company and product had shipped. When I received it, I was told to ship the package back and reorder. I shipped the product and weeks later I had not received any confirmation of receipt. I took them another 4 days to get back to me and I was informed I would have to go back to my bank to secure my repayment of funds for the returned product. In all they have held my money for almost 2 months and I got nothing. This is not a company I would recommend to anyone!!!

This is a bogus company. There is no contact information for this company selling this product. No refunds are possible. If you do get the vitamin supplements, reviews have said it does not have enough vitamins to make a difference in your health some have commented on buying the supplements separately and taking them for better effects.

Below 1 star but did not have this option to select. Price scam product advertised as $26.99 charged over $300 with NO invoice nor receipt. Immediately called 5 min after the online order when I saw what was withdrawn and advised that order can not be cancelled (albeit 5 min after order was placed) and advised order will not be canceled instead a $50 gift card. Sec 74.01 of Cad competition act pt B indicates this type of faulty advertising is a crime...Buyer Beware

I ordered 3 bottles of Vital BP for my mother. Their checkout stated $147 US. They tried to charge $237.60 US. I contacted them straight away and sent them screenshots of their checkout charge and the amount they that was coming out of my bank. It took several days later to get a reply asking me to send screenshots again. A new way to scam money.

I bought several Vital BP as I felt convinced of its effectiveness in response to their marketing video. However, I have tried it with no noticeable benefit.i feel their chains are pure scam.
I called them to give feedback as well complain. They put me on hold and never returned to attend the call.
Extremely disappointed with the product, having paid significant amount to purchase and in addition their tactics to avoid all responsibility/ communication.
