I'm new to red light therapy and the choices were overwhelming. I went with this one due to the medical grade quality, 3rd party testing and being made in the USA. I have only had it for almost 3 weeks and I'm already hooked. The biggest change at this stage is how much better I'm sleeping. I have more energy and my face is glowing. It even helps with my neck pain. I can't wait to see even more results in time. I'm already telling everyone about it. It's also relaxing and I enjoy doing it.

The product, customer service and even the price(?) have made my encounters with Vital Red Light more than worthwhile! My face looks younger than my 62 yrs; my neck no longer looks like a turkey's; and it starts my day off with a boost of energy that I love!

The product is as good as they advertise it. You can see the effects from the first 1-2 weeks depending on what you are using it for. The prices are fair. They answered all my questions on their website or socials when I had a curiosity about the product. The delivery came fast considering the package comes from US and I live very far from there.

I purchased their medium sized red Light from the UK about 4 years ago now. Shipping and delivery went smoothly, the product wasn’t damaged on the way. I don’t know if they now offer different plugs for different countries but having had lived in the US for a while, I had tons of adaptors so I’m using one at all times.
Thought I would write a review today since my light is still working like it did on day 1. Best quality purchase I made! I use it in the morning and evening with the NIR as a regular light to help with my circadian rhythm and I sit in front of it about once a day while meditating or doing breathwork. If I get muscle soreness from my workouts (I often do on my back) I will sit with my back to it while reading and it’s like it melts the pain away!

I highly recommend their product!

I purchased the vital red light pro at least three years ago now and the unit is still functioning great! I had one question about the light intensity and it was resolved by customer service immediately. I use the red-light for nearly everything, face, eczema, muscles aches and joint pain. In the morning I use it and notice a markable improvement in energy and mood over the day. Sleep is also much better. I wouldn't go without one!

Vital Red Light has changed my morning and night routines for the better. I started out using it for only 10 minutes before bed (which some say not to do as it’s too strong) but immediately found that it helped my quality of sleep. I started using it first thing upon waking in the morning as well, and it’s reset my circadian rythem completely! I’ve noticed I feel much more relaxed, improvements in my skin, and better cognitive ability overtime. The biggest factor though is my sleep - I used to be nocturnal and now I’m drowsy by 9pm (absurd). I wake up feeling ENERGIZED and even MORESO after a morning session with my red light machine. I don’t even use lamps anymore at night, only my red light machines around the apartment. To say the least, my expectations were blown out of the water.

The ONLY critic I would make would be for the Red Light Elite machine - it comes with parts to hang it vertically on the wall, but it would be nice to also be able to hang it horizontally (I’d hang it right next to my bed).

Fantastic product - would highly recommend to anyone looking for a better quality of life! Worth every penny.

New owner of the company is outstanding! I was helped immediately with my problem. All my questions were answered through email very quickly. I bought my red light and it was shipped less than 24 hours. I received it a few days later. So easy to setup and use. My husband and I use it everyday in the morning and at night. Definitely feel better after using it with great energy.

Nothing else has helped my skin condition as much as Vital Red Light's lights. Yes, they went through an ownership change during the summer of 2024 which was awful, but the new owners are taking accountability and making up for it. I couldn't be happier. I don't know what the state of my health would be without their products!!!!

Ordered a device and waited months to receive a shipping update. Support emails also went unanswered. Assumed it was a scam, accepted the loss and left a negative TrustPilot review. Company eventually reached out with an apology and explanation and the item did arrive. It's exactly as expected, very good quality. Have updated this rating to reflect that.
