Do not trust this company! I spent ~$850 on my recent first purchase and have several items I want to return and/or exchange. I have been emailing their customer service for 10 days and have not received any response. Their online return portal is falsely telling me that items I purchased are not eligible for return for refund (store credit only), which is not true. I purchased everything at full price and would never buy anything online marked final sale. There is no phone number to call, I can’t get a response via email and on IG, I’m being told to “be patient, we are a small team.” This is a ridiculous way to treat a customer!

I absolutely love their swim collection! Very flattering and amazing designs! Also love the fact that they're both extremely ethical and sustainable (all swim is made with recycled materials). I would say that their sizing runs pretty small though, so it would definitely help to size down.
