Ordered my item on Saturday morning, expecting delivery midweek. Incredibly, it was shipped within the hour, and delivered by Royal Mail on Monday morning.
Exactly what I needed, and service was exceptional, I would not hesitate to recommend.

prompt delivery, good quality product

The delivery was so fast. The payment was swift and I didn’t experience any difficulties or delays throughout the order process. I will recommend them!

Known product. Delivery was very quick. Updates on the stages of delivery were correct and numerous. Price is up compared to a couple of years ago but what isn't?

Good products, well packaged and delivered promptly.

Fast delivery
Easy ordering.

Absolutely disgusting service. No communication for 3 days. NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Products priced very reasonable some a lot less than other online stores. Speedy delivery with communications detailing progress.

Great little website for picking up products that are hard to find direct from U.K. Great and fast delivery definitely recommend

The web page was easy to understand and follow. The purchasing procedure was straightforward and stress-free, :)

The order was confirmed and I sent details on how to track the process of delivery carried out by Royal Mail which went very well, quickly and efficiently.

Great customer service and quick delivery!

Great price and product arrived in a couple of days

My very first order was not a good experience. I was sent an almost out of date product, the bottle looked worn and old. Anyone Handling this product before dispatch should have realised it was not up to standards. I was refunded but I still paid for postage of a useless product and this was not refunded. I will not be using this company again.

Service and delivery was great and a good price

Good service, quick delivery

I have been waiting to my package one month and they delivered the package to other country

Used to be a very good company for service and reliability of stock, now plummeted to practically useless for having multiple product lines unavailable.
It's been 2 months + and I have still been unable to complete my repeat order of 4 items.
The response is always the same "stock issues."
The actual issue is they don't buy enough stock to last and in turn allow people to buy several different products in one go.
I'm not paying postage costs for each individual item because they can't organise themselves. Guess they'll lose my business.
