Recently Purchased two Mobile Air Conditions from this company, They claim 100% Satisfaction or you money back! What I received were Heaters with a FAN to move air around! I informed them that this is NOT what they advertised and want a full refund. They want me to spend $105 to send them to CHINA if I want a Refund. I will never do business with them again.

I placed an order on July 13 for two on the wall air conditioners. I have yet to receive anything but a confirmation from this company they have not reached out to me at all. I am the only one that have reached out to them all they can tell me is it’s been shipped. They cannot give me a tracking number. The customer service is absolutely horrible, but you not provide you with anything at all as far as tracking or any company that has shipped your package I do not believe this company is for real. I believe this is a qualified company that has taken my money. Do not buy anything from this company. I believe this is a fake company. I have tried to find information on this company and I cannot find anything at all other than a website that shows they sell a bunch of stuff, but that’s it.
