I ordered 4 conditioners and received 2 conditioners and 2 shampoo. Packing slip said it was 4 conditioners. I thought it would be easy to communicate with this company and get this fixed. I emailed Vitarock and still no reply after 12 days. I called the only phone number provided and never got through to anyone. I did leave a message and no callback. Very disappointing customer service.

UPDATE: I have received a call regarding my order and the error has been resolved. Thank you for rectifying the situation.

The customer service at this business is second to none. The management was very helpful and friendly, she made sure I knew what my options were for getting the job done right!

Great selection, super fast shipping. Love the baby products especially that bath soap. Search works really out. I like that I can save my profile with address and credit card info and review previous orders. It takes me five minutes to make an order on here.

My daughter was diagnosed the ADHD-Inattention. Her pediatrician recommended that she take Equazen along with her prescribed medication. I feel that the online picture of product is deceiving, as I had ordered my product from another supplier, and the picture and description looked the same. When I received my product it was half the size of what I get somewhere else, and the price was not half! Ounces were not listed or that would have been a red flag.

No complaints, everything came exactly as expected!

i brought spatone iron water and it made me SICK i returned it to them cuz it said money back guaranteed i tried calling them theres no number that works i payed postage they said i would get money back and i never heard a thing about it im sooo annyoed it costed me a nice amont of money cuz they r in canda it is one of ur sells so u should let them know and maybe they should contact me

I haven't even received my order and your asking for a review. Really? I placed my order on 11/6/17 and it's now been 10 days.
Do you wait until the 15 days are up and then ship it so that you can charge me a full price, even though you have already taken the money out of my checking account? I will be calling tomorrow to cancel my order. UP DATE. I did call the next day and cancelled. The woman kept me on the phone for about 20 minutes arguing with me about the order already being shipped. Finally I said stop I just want to cancel the order. I did get a cancellation notice but I have a suspension that they will charge my account the full amount. If they do I will try to let you know. I still haven't received my order. Was it really already sent?

Overpriced and misleadingly priced. I had previously been getting Genesis 32 oz. Acai Juice for $25. They charged $25 for 16 oz. And they wouldn't give me a mailing label to return the product.
