Vivaia レビュー

Their customer service is impeccable. I have about 30 pairs of their shoes and recently had some issues with a pair of leg warmers as I got an allergic reaction.
I sent pics, they were super helpful and a pleasure the deal with. Not to mention the shoes are so comfy and pretty.

this are my new pair and i just really love them, so soft and comfortable.

I love both Vivaia's shoes and their website. The latter is organized so shopping on it is easy and fun. The shoes I bought from them are exceptional and the customer service is too.

I bought a pair of silver Azura's for an upcoming wedding. They look great and I am very pleased.
I originally ordered a 7 and they were too long so I called and was sent a replacement pair of 6.5's within days; return of the 7's was quick, free and painless.
I have a bunion and this shoe is so comfortable to wear.
I am sure I will purchase another pair of Vivaia's after this experience.

Vivaia not only makes great shoes, their customer service is great. The website is easy to use and delivery is prompt. I am loving the two pairs of shoes I have bought: sandals and sneakers. They fit great (both right out of the box which is a great sign of an happy life together) and are completely comfortable. I can’t think of a better product!

I have ordered from Vivaia several times as I love their products - quality, assortment, unique design... Excellent customer support - responsive and helpful. I have also purchased a pair of shoes for my mom as well as a friend and they both love them and want more. Strongly recommend!

I love these shoes. I wear size 11 and they always have my s. So comfortable and a great summer shoe for work

I am absolutely DELIGHTED with Vivaia's customer service. My package didn’t make it to me at first, due to no fault on Vivaia’s part, but they cheerfully sent me a second pair without any hesitation or cost to me. And then they followed up with me via email (a real person, not automated) to make sure I was completely happy. I will be a repeat customer for sure! And oh yes, I just love my new shoes!!

I have wide feet and find it difficult to find comfortable and stylish shoes. Vivaia does it. I ordered the slip on unisex sneakers in black and love them. I just have to decide what to order next!

Love my new Claire shoes. So comfortable. Love the red color. My new favorite shoes!

The navy boots are very comfortable. They have good arch support. Good choice for people with foot problems. I went a size up from my usual size. The color is great.

Great shoe, fast delivery, professional service

Very beautiful and confortable shoes
I get loss of all my old leather shoes and replaced all of them with Vivaia shoes

I can’t stop buying Vivaia shoes! They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! I have wide feet and a bunion….NO rubbing or sore feet after wearing ALL day! Reasonably priced and FABULOUS customer service! Hoping they offer more dress sandals in the future 😉

arrived quickly, looked like the images. comfortable

Bought tan boots. Get compliments whenever I wear them.

I heard about this brand on Pinterest.
I liked the design of the shoes, then I was interested by their special comfort.
When I got them everything was as promised: the size, the comfort, the colours. They are original and look pretty robust.
I haven’t yet ordered other shoes from this brand that I want!
The only minor draw back was the time I waited to be delivered ( like some weeks )

Vivaia is very easy to deal with. Good communications and easy return. I love their shoes and boots, I have six pairs total. Very comfortable and easy on my bunions.

very comfortable and chic design.defintely will purchase more colors and different styles..worth the price

Customer service is amazing. Returns (wrong size) were easy. The boots are perfect, comfortable, stylish and water proof (Ryan Pro),. I now have 3 pairs! I will always look to Vivaia first when in need of new shoes and boots!
