VIVA Paint By Numbers レビュー 

Do not order from this company. Cancelled my order without any explanation and failed to inform me of the cancellation for 3 weeks despite giving me tracking numbers which never worked. Don’t waste your time.

People, do not buy from this shop. They steal the artwork of hard-working artists and sell it in their shop as if it was their own. They are thieves!

I recently purchased the colourful eye paint by numbers and it was an awesome project. I did end up needing my paints topped-up so it was lucky that I purchased the additional paint insurance. They did question me a little when I requested a top-up which I didn’t like. But overall…it was a good experience and a gorgeous painting that I get enjoy for years to come.

I would have given a five but I thought I purchased the second paint package..I didn’t receive it though. Am pleased with the quality though.

I have never had such great customer service! I had doubts about 2 paint colors and we exchanged several emails, addressing my questions. I just finished the Pink Tractor and it’s gorgeous. Paints were great with added flo-aid, and I did have to do a couple coats on some colors but that’s normal really. I wouldn’t hesitate to do another paint by number from them!

My picture came relatively fast, but the frame was busted to pieces. I contacted the company with pictures, asking for a replacement, and still have not heard from them. I hate to take it up with PayPal, but I might have to

I placed an order on the 8th of March 2023. I still haven’t received it. I’ve contacted them twice they keep telling me it’son it’s way. Tracking says it’s in NY. I’m in CT it’s not that far. Big RIP OFF

I still have not received my kit yet. This seems like a very long time to wait. If I don't receive it by mid month (March) I will dispute the charge. If I do receive it soon, I will update my review to reflect the kit as it is delivered.

Paid $40 for something I never received. Ordered it over 3 weeks ago. And tracking doesn't work. Sent email and they said it was on the way. Still don't have it. Even if it's perfect and it comes tomorrow I probably won't order from here again because of the time it takes, if this is normal. And it doesn't warn you on the website.

Learning to paint with my 14yr old son. Loving it. Great company as they gave me great feedback to my questions. I will def get another one once I’ve finished.

Pros:

Even though the painting looked complex, it was actually easy to do.
Shipping is surprisingly fast, even when coming from China. It took only a week to arrive in the UK.
Overall, the quality of the product is top-notch and the designs are truly unique. This is definitely a paint by numbers kit worth trying out.

Cons:

The kits are a bit on the pricey side, especially if you opt for the aluminum frame. However, the quality justifies the price.
Some of the smaller details in the picture can be a bit difficult to paint, and for lighter colours you do need to go over the paint a couple of times to hide the number underneath but this is true for any paint by numbers kit.

Overall this is a great quality paint by numbers kit!
