I have ordered a bookcase in July 2023. Besides the fact that it took 3 months for whatever reason to get around to delivering it, with half an hour notice that I did not even check my emails to know, I was announced that 'Furdeco' will deliver my bookcase. I receive a spam call from a person I genuinely cannot understand that keeps telling me they're from 'Furdeco' but do not mention anything else so I am just confused and tell them they got the wrong number. Not even a minute later I check my emails, see it's the delivery company, exchange a few emails with them and get assured that they will re-attempt to deliver my furniture within the next few weeks. A month passes, nothing happens, I get in contact with Vivense again.. and guess what, they just forgot to ever put on record my conversation with them. I shot them the screenshots of that conversation, they apologise, blah blah, but apparently NOW they tell me "the same product cannot be delivered again, it may be damaged or contaminated on the way" so I waited more than a month for nothing when they could have just said so initially. I ask for the product again. Another few months pass, it is now end of October, my product gets delivered... and guess what again! They sent me the wrong item! Only half of the bookcase and half of something else entirely. With 2 different sets of instructions that I could not even follow because they were only in Turkish. Wow! Amazed by the level of incompetence. They even dared to ask if I want to keep the pieces like that as now apparently the bookcase is out of stock so I can't even finally get it after almost half a year of this back-and-forth. Just stay away.
Update: It has been a month and they have ignored all my email attempts to ask about the status of my refund. Scam?

Ordered a sofa in July 2023. Due to be delivered on 3rd October. Got an update to say there was a delay with the delivery. Cancelled the order on 1st October.
Got told the refund would take 14-business days and got nothing. Then told it would take 30-business days.
Get the same rubbish responses from their âcustomer serviceâ team.
Keep getting told there has been a âsystem errorâ and they are working through each refund one-by-one.
Iâve reported them to the Citizenâs Advice Bureau and opened a dispute with my bank in the hope of getting the money back as promised by the company.
Awful communication and lack of transparency. Seem to be a company who wonât provide the refund as clearly donât have the funds.
Get the feeling they will dissolve and attempt to rebrand as they have an awful reputation across Trustpilot, Google and social media.

I paid for a item and cancelled the order as it was taking to long to be delivered, I requested a refund on the 20th of September and they said I would have a refund within 14 days which did not happen so I emailed them and they said the policy has changed for refunds and it will now be 30 business days, so I waited 30 business days and still did not get a refund, I emailed them again and they have said they will let me know when it is processed! This is ridiculous and I am so angry with the company and I will be posting negative review everywhere because of this. I canât believe I havenât been given a refund yet when I have been waiting so long.

Ordered shelves back in June delivery date of August. The packaging was so bad the delivery service refused to deliver the parcel. I was offered replacement shelves that I agreed to. Since then I haven't received a single update on my order despite me sending emails 3 separate times. Bought a few decent quality products at a reasonable price in the past. But, like so many others recently there seems to be an ongoing issue with the company. I have noticed a few comments and reviews stating similar situation. Cancelled products without notice and no timeline given for a refund despite messaging for updates. I believe we will have to write off that money as I don't think they will. The Richmond store has now closed as has the Borough one. IF anyone else can shed some light would be appreciated.

Unbelievably bad. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. The most careless customer support service I ever encounter. I wrote to them telling them I have several issues with my purchase, but don't want to return it. Instead, I'd like to have a friendly resolution for the mistakes the company has made. Instead of an agreeable resolution, I get some bs reply. And it's not the first time either that I get such an inconsiderate and dismissive message. What's more, the quality of the products is not far from IKEA, so why pay the premium?!
I bought a wardrobe which is advertised as having drawers. Mine came without. Customer service told me some bs that the drawers can be bought as an add on at extra cost, but if you check the product page there is no option for an add on, nor is there a mention of it.
The wardrobe also has a different colour than in the pictures and on one side the shelf support holes are not deep enough, so I can't install the shelves. But customer care doesn't give a damn. Nice :(
Update 24.10: Donât be fooled by the bot that is replying to the reviews. It is not an indication that they are solving any issues. This is just a front.

I ordered a floor lamp in August and when I got confirmation to say when it was going to be delivered, they gave me a date in December. I didn't want it in December so decided to cancel my order, I struggled to find out how to cancel it. Eventually sent them an email to say I wasn't happy with the delivery date and they then replied saying they didn't it in stock and that they would refund me my money within 14 days. I am still waiting for my refund and its now Oct 19th, i have sent them numerous emails asking about my refund.
I also had a phone call off the bank saying about fraud and it was because of this company. I wish I had cancelled it with the bank but I thought I was getting my item straight away.
Please do not order anything from them. Its a scam.

Absolutely dreadful product. The quality is appalling - after waiting 6 weeks for the delivery our sideboard arrived in damaged packaging with several damaged parts. It makes Ikea seem luxury and a breeze to assemble - the assembly for our sideboard involved SO many parts, the instructions were full of inconsistencies and mistakes, parts were mislabelled or not labelled at all, it became a guessing game putting it together. We were told it would take 6 weeks to get replacement parts for the damaged items but we couldnât even be bothered to get them as the product is so low quality anyways.
Avoid buying here at all costs!

I received half a wardrobe. I didnât open it within the 14 days as we were decorating, but upon opening it I found half of it missing. I am now being told that I cannot have a refund for something that a their fault and if I want a replacement then it is going to be 6 weeks! I just donât understand how a replacement is 6 weeks yet my original order was 4 days delivery. They would be delivering a whole new wardrobe so why not take it from that stock. The customer service is appalling and they genuinely do not care at all. They are ignoring everything I am saying. Also the wardrobe came damaged.

Please do not order from this Company. I have had a very similar experience to the review before mine and the whole experience has just been terrible. I ordered the Zenio 4 door wardrobe and after first working out I'd been sent the completely wrong instructions, I've now spent weeks trying to assemble a product that simply cannot be assembled. Multiple people have come to help but the product simply does not fit together. This includes tradespeople and all say the same thing.
It is cheaply made, the wood splits when you put a screw into it and the frames wobble due to the screws not connecting properly.
I have now been on multiple emails with customer service asking for this shoddy product to be taken away and a refund issued but they have refused and just said they can order replacement parts which should come in about 5-6 weeks time.
This is not the only item I have ordered from this Company. A bookcase I ordered prior to assembling this item also didn't fit together so this is a systemic issue across their product line.
Customer Service will not help and now I am left with a product that I cannot build with a possible 5-6 week wait on replacement parts.

Awful experience. Ordered a rug in AUGUST of certain dinemsions and was given a 2 week delivery period of between 4th October and 18th October - i ordered this as it coincided with our move in the 14th October.
This was actually delivered on the 14th September, this naturally remained wrapped up until the originally stated delivery period as required ass i knew i had no intentions of returning.
However upon opening the rug i discovered that they sent a ruge with entirely different dimensions to what is stated on the order (my own measurement and the label on the actual rug shows this).
Upon approaching customer services they INCORRECTLY stated that i received the correct item (i very blatantly didnt) and that mo return could be processed qfter 14 days from delivery. Pure incompetence, sneaky delivery services delivering far outside.of specified time to allow this to happen easily - thus enabling the scamming. All i wanted to do was arrange return for a refund as they sent me the wrong item.
