Quality on the belt that I got was fire I got a ton of compliments too

I will start by saying I’ve only bought one thing from viviere la, so i can’t say much for other products. I also want to be thorough so there is a bunch of yip yap that i apologize for.
I bought the chrome finished wired earbuds, which i love the concept, but the product is unsatisfactory (i loved the look though).
To start, shipping took an over a month, ordered march 17 - arrived april 20. And having it for 11 days, it has already had a few issues.
The control buttons didn’t work at around day 5 and the control button fell off the next day. This showed a broken solder which is likely the fault.
But the sound (quality started about average) started cutting out every few seconds. and the right earbud (with the control buttons) doesn’t play high notes (at least not audibly)
My last issue was the chrome finish, which started rubbing off of the earbud tip
honorable mention: i don’t like the lack of a review system within viviere, just seems sketchy
All in all this product is much more problematic than advertised (advertised as really high quality), especially compared to other wired earbuds i’ve used (i’ve never had issues with apple brand wired earbuds).
I gave a two star review because lots of cool looking products, just might be missing the quality

Never received product. Waited months for a simple product and never received it.

Never shipped, only once i disputed it on my credit card that’s so illegal it’s not even funny. Shitty texture, Shitty earbuds don’t buy this shit.

Super great clothes and prices shipping took about 3 weeks but was worth the wait!

Would leave negative starts if I could. Full out scam. Took my money and never shipped order. No customer service. No contact info. DO NOT BUY.

Ordered a shirt over 3 months ago never received it, they won’t reply to any of my emails with updates, I would avoid this “brand” at all costs. 1/10 do not order!

never recieved any of my stuff from years ago. shitty, cheap looking designs anyways. not sure how i allowed myself to get baited.

I was unfortunately fleeced, im suprised because it took my a year after signing ip for the sos messaging for me to make a purchase but in the end they just never sent my item or nothing.
