Just put together my engwe bike, very fast very sturdy amazing customer service will definitely recommend to everyone

Great company although my bike was faulty they offered all the support they could to get it fixed, although unfortunately it could not be fixed they gave me a quick refund with no trouble or fuss.

Amazing bit of machinery the Vive v1 I : can not be more happy/pleased with it, I can't thank GOD enough how I came across the Vive website & ontop of that a company u can phone up if u have any concerns or queries, fantastic customer service/social/people skills can not be more happy with Vive, I feel as if I'm living on cloud nine with this purchase & this ain't no BS I've been paid to say this, this is my genuine feelings had they been doodoo I would have said so.

Prior to this purchase, I had ordered a bike from this company which I then had to cancel. They were very good about this and gave me an immediate refund.
This made me keen to make my eventual purchase from them and when I did the bike arrived very promptly and is superb.
It was also keenly priced and I would highly recommend both this company and the ADO ebikes that they sell.

We had a small issue with our electric scooter when it was delivered however the customer services was extremely efficient in dealing with our query.

This company took my money £1500, and kept me hanging for a month, then to tell me they have gone into liquidationand that their bank balance is in the minus and they cannot refund me. i now have to go through paypal and wait another three weeks before i might see my money back.
I have also noticed they are still selling on their website!! i would avoid!!!!!

Had to wait eight weeks for Enewe bike but how the wait was worth it. Well built and put together for me to collect. Have had it 2 weeks znd battery level has not dropped during ride while using pedal assist. Thanks Brian and John for supplying a bike you really enjoy riding.

I ordered and paid for a Fiido M21 through Vives web site and was given a delivery date and the cycle was delivered on time , It was well packeged and damage free .

i ordered the bike and it was out of stock but this company gave me a weekly call to keep me posted on the bike,fantastic customer service, the bike arrived today ,its very good quality and everything is how it should be, i would recomend these guys if your looking for a e bike

I ordered an Engwe EP2 Pro as an upgrade from my smaller Fiido bike that I bought from Vive a few months ago. I requested to collect in store instead of delivered last minute and they were accommodating. The staff at the store were very knowledgeable and provided a great service. Big thanks to Ryan and John for answering all my questions and showing me how to use the bike, I’m loving it so far!

I pre-ordered a bike a couple of months before delivery (in order to get the advertised discount) and Vive Scooters kept me informed of the order progress and delivered it to my door on time.
There were a few minor niggles with setting up the bike seat but the guys were quick to respond and subsequently sent me a modified clip which solved the problem.

My Fido M21 was delivered when promised, and well packed, received with no damage. Prompt reply to email queries. I will definitely be using Vive again for my next bike purchase.

After a long delay, with great communication all got sorted out.

I ordered the Engwe electric folding bike. It didn’t arrive immediately but Vive kept me updated. The bike was very well packed and of extremely good quality. Unfortunately for me not being that strong the bike was too heavy. I had assembled the bike but not used it. When I asked Vive if I could return they were extremely helpful. The bike was collected and after their checks I have been told my full refund is on its way. I can only say the service I received from Vive was 1st class.
