A great app to connect with recruiters when working in health/medical field. amazing experience everytime i use the application to connect with others.

I do not want a travel position, and have also received postings for jobs i am nowhere near qualified for, or over qualified for.

Love this website and how helpful it is. Has literally changed my life and love it!! Can not say enough about how much I enjoy the service Vivian provides.

I have used Vivian for the last few years for finding travel contracts. It shows me a broader view than what a single agency has to offer. I can see all states, all facilities and agencies that can get me the offer. I also like that they have VIP for nurses that return to Vivian and give bonuses accordingly.

Will only allow me to look at jobs that I do not qualify for.

The ability to see different rates from different agencies all in the same place. This makes it more competitive without wasting time. Also your tip on which agency is most likely to get you the job despite the rates.

The 2nd recruiter I worked with got me a contract right away and then negotiated a better deal specific to the location I was going to. He communicated regularly and didn't leave me in the dark during the process.

I liked the opportunities sent to me. Daily reminders of new amd current opportunities was nice
I did not care for opportunities that were out of my career such as Radiology, CT, Nursing, physician types of jobs where my career title is pretty clear. The other negative once I found a job and accepted but did not want to add info to resume the jobs did.not stop. There should be a pause or stop choice without having to Uninstaller the app.

I was able to land my first agency job within a few days of signing up on Vivian that was only 20 minutes away from my house!

There are multiple positions and companies— you can literally customize both (benefits, shift, unit, etc) to truly fit what you are looking for. I created my Vivian 8/22 and by 8/27 had a job offer and acceptance to a hospital I am very excited to start it. My recruiter and company are great as well

So far I got 3 positions that were high paying jobs off Vivian sometimes the amount of calls from it can be a bit overwhelming.

Timely and current offers on the job market. Ability to compare offers from multiple agencies.

Easiest site to use for reaching recruiters.

I have yet to have any of these recruits place me and I’ve been on Vivian for quite some time now.
You get nothing but a bunch of conversations that can be frustrating when you realize they tell many lies about what they can do or what assignments they have, only to find they feed you false hopes. In spite of that I still try and hang in with Vivian, because it’s not the owner or creator of the site that the issue.
This has been an issue since I created my account on Vivian, that’s too long, but I believe in Loyalty.
I know that I can be the voice for a plethora of people dealing with this problem.
Something has to change and fast.

Eveytime I put in for a position it is always closed for applications and recruiters try to get me to take other positions
