I loved my new necklace. It arrived promptly and was exactly what I expected. I will continue to buy more necklaces from Vivien despite my husband telling me I have enough.

I bought the earrings as a 30 th birthday present for my daughter and I was thrilled with them. The ordering was very easy, the delivery was speedy and the packaging is lovely. After recently losing one of my treasured Vivien Walsh earrings I emailed Vivien to see if by any chance she might still have some stock of the old design. She didn’t but straight away said she would make a replacement earring and to ensure it matched I was to return the earring I still had. From initial contact to the time I received my new replacement earring it was less than a week. Absolutely delighted with the replacement earring and the adjustments made to my existing earring. So lovely to receive my prompt little package of beautiful items - I had bought them as presents but I might have to steal them for myself!

I asked Vivian to create a single earring for me as I had lost one. She very kindly agreed and made me a single identical earring. This meant I could wear my pair of earrings rather than just having one that I could do nothing with.
