原文：製品の到着時に箱が潰れていました、中身は無事でした。
エアメール便になるため、到着までに遅く時間が掛かってしまいます。
製品は、アルコールが苦手だったら、使用できないですが、私は慣れてきて大丈夫です。
もう少し量の多いビンが欲しいです。

USAのiHerbのように、日本語サイトや対応を作って欲しいです。
私は、日本人で、英語は分からないので翻訳ソフトを使っています。メールも理解できません。
