Vix is horrible! Live events lag, lose quality, and/or disconnect! Plus, my subscription paid for televisa's trash content that I never wanted... no ones care about the derby family traveling. 🚮💩

Las novelas turcas las dejan a la mitad. Entonces para que ponerlas si no están completas. Pagamos por mitades de series.

Too many adds and equally to the shows and is annoying.
Tiene muchos commercials más que la pelicula o el show y es totalmente irritable que prefiero no comprar nada de lo que ofrecen.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. I purchased a subscription to watch the Phillies and in the 9th inning THEY FREAKING PLAYED A 10 MINUTE COMMERCIAL. TERRIBLE

Very unstable, if forwarded, it gets out of wack, jump the episodes or play commercials twice, won't show the episodes information, sometimes it freezes or won't let move forward unless I restart what I'm watching. Charging viewers to remove commercials is a major rip off

This is a total fraud overcharging and quality is the worst.

They most certainly don’t have their act together. Whenever Univision preempts a show, they totally skip the episode the following day. I have emailed them several times to no avail! They do reply stating escalation but nothing ever gets done. I gifted my aunt a subscription and yes, they cancelled midway and had her pay when it had been paid for. They are extremely problematic and not worth your money or aggravation. Don’t recommend at ALL!!

Es la peor aplicación de streaming que he probado, no mantiene el historial de visualización, se sale del usuario y hay que volver a ingresar la contraseña periódicamente (como cada semana) mi suscripción es a través de mi servicio con Spectrum y la última vez que me cerró el usuario ya no me aceptó la contraseña, traté de cambiarla pero tampoco fue posible

He estado viendo una serie brazilera en Vix gratis… Cuando me cansé de ser interrumpida aprox cara 7 minutos por anuncios, y los mismos repetidos, decidí comprar subscripción sin anuncios… entonces continué viendo la serie y de momento de doy cuenta que estoy siendo interrumpida por los mismos fatídicos comerciales de poca calidad. Cancelé la membresía inmediatamente. Es una basura

I have paid and renewed my subscription every September and this year they canceled it in July and they are sending me notices that I must renew my subscription. I have sent them emails with the photo where it says when it expires and they ignore me. I feel scammed.

Terrible, app crashes excessively, at first i thought it was my tv but it crashes on all my other tvs including tablets and cellphones, i do like their programming, just need to improve the operating system they use!!!!!

Garbage app monthly fee isn’t worth the quality. Always shuts off can’t get back into app. It’s always an issue with the app. The shows freeze constantly or starts a new episode without finishing one. App is BASURA!!!!
