Bait and Switch

Bait and Switch. They offer a great deal on a leaf collector, and add on a free pair of cheap garden gloves. A month later, the gloves arrive. Then they lie to you and tell you the gloves are what you paid 60 dollars for. You can get those for 8 bucks at Ace Hardware.

Fight for your refund. Send them the Address in Iceland and a copy of their return policy on the website. Do not accept a partial refund, stay on them.
