Overall, my experience has been very good. The system is easy to operate and the portability is very useful. It provides a reliable measure of oxygen consumption. I would give 5 stars if it also measured RER. I knew that it did not measure it when I bought the system, but it would add a lot of value to research, particularly under conditions of dietary manipulation.
I must say that dealing with the staff at VO2 Master is an absolute delight!!! I train professional hockey players, UFC to Olympic athletes and using this device allows for me to do my job assessing my clients respiratory system very accurately. The simplicity of it and the staff made my experience a great one.
