Unfortunately I can't put minus stars. Not being able to talk to a human being or contact via e-mail or something to describe your problem is really annoying. The only option is to talk with this stupid chatbot that have predefined answers that you can't by pass. Who has thought of that and said "yeah that is a nice idea". I have just discovered that I can no longer pay to send an individual SMS. It is the cost of the 300 SMS bundle or an extortionate cost for a 24 hour option. This is the final straw. Vodafone Greece has removed all freedom of choice for 'pay as you go' customers. It is disgusting. I feel forced to change providers.
