I have worn these shoes for about an hour each day for approx 3 months. Suddenly I have a hole in the sole of one of them. The shoemaker showed me the inside of the soles, and they were completely worn out and the shoes are NOT fixable. I am extremely disappointed and angry.

My shoes came the wrong size and was only able to return them for a partial refund if i paid shipping making my refund nill. Not sure i want to invest more money into something that may blow up in my face again...
Thanks for your reply, your solution is really only 70% of a solution as that is the discount you would have me use to get what i wanted from the start. I can only assume that shipping our the in souls would be exclude from the offer. Why wouln't a better solution be to either pick up the shipping cost to return them or give me a no cost reorder? You have decided to do buiseness in the US and should bare the ups and downs associated with your decision,

As mentioned in our previous email conversations, you are always welcome to return the shoes if you prefer. The alternative options we offered were simply provided as a more convenient and hassle-free solution, in case you did not wish to go through the return process.
Since the return shipping cost can be similar to the cost of receiving a replacement size, we offered this option so you could receive the correct size while also keeping the original pair, which you may choose to give away or use otherwise.
Our intention was to offer flexibility and help find the option that would work best for you. We sincerely apologize if this caused any frustration.

Usual rubbish experience when dealing…
Usual rubbish experience when dealing with rubbish Chinese companies. The product was rubbish. They know it’s rubbish and then offer you a pittance refund or fork out a fortune to send it back. Don’t bother dealing with them.
They only agreed to a 40% refund after wrangling backwards and forwards and having to go to the post office to get a quote for sending.
The point is Vogany present themselves as a European company when in fact they are Chinese and stuff is drop shipped from China. Had I known this I wouldn’t have dealt with them. One doesn’t need to check the return policy if it’s European because returns are either free or no more than £5.

Pantalon cargo trop court, arrivant au dessus de la cheville. Et difficulté pour renvoyer le produit. J'ai beau envoyer des mail, ils remportent qu'avec des formules de politesse, sans jamais nous donner les modalités de retour et de remboursement.

Quedaron retenidos en aduana porque no hicieron la declaración. Para sacarlos yo, tengo que pagar 85 dólares. Nunca me informaron eso. Jamás me pasó con otras compras en el exterior. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I ordered the shoes in mid-January and still haven't received them at the beginning of February. I've contacted the customer service a few times and received pathetic answers with no help or sense of responsibility. The Shipping companies used are a nightmare to navigate on their website and equally of no help. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Le robot qui sert de service après vente ne cesse de proposer de garder les chaussures et d’acheter une autre paire avec 70% de réduction. J’en suis au quatrième refus de leur proposition, et toujours pas de marche a suivre pour un retour….

ho fatto un ordine che mi è stato consegnato 4 giorni fa, purtroppo la taglia non mi va bene, quindi cerco di capire come restituirlo... alla mail non ha ancora risposto nessuno, dicono di fornire assistenza 24 su 24 7 su 7 ma è impossibile trovare il numero da contattare... che bella assistenza !!! non credo ordinerò mai più da questa azienda
