I am a big fan of Faisal Khan and his teaching. I have subscribed to his self learning courses and find them to be very helpful and easy to understand. His course offerings are very unique too such as Cisco Contact Center (UCCE/PCCE/CCX), Webex Calling as they are not available elsewhere, or at least I am not aware of it. I highly recommend Voice Bootcamp for your Cisco voice/collaboration training needs whether you are looking for certifications or for understanding and applying the skills at your job.

At Voice Boot Camp, every one train with individual care no matter this is a virtual class or on site. I have seen people graduated from here is working in different place in US and Canada with much higher salary and also great job satisfaction, because they are trained from here professionally. Voice Boot Camp can be the best choice if some one like to make career in technology. Five Star always !

Very helpful videos, easily accessible, and short tutorial videos help a lot. It is great to see the videos that seems to have lot of learning material in order to make it a great educational experience for students. There really is nothing missing here but still you have access to teacher for any questions in your mind. Well-done..!

I started this course with no prior knowledge of Contact Center both Enterprise and Packaged editions, after completing the course I now have a good understanding of the product and will be able to build on it.

The instructor was very helpful and patient and took time to answer all my questions until I understood it

I would recommend this bootcamp for anyone who wants to get a jump start in Cisco Contact Center

In covid situation I had joined voicebootcamp from home, and I got surprised that I am getting 100 percent lab facility even from home.....so don't think, just join voicebootcamp, you will get the result very soon.

When I came to Faisal I was already working as UCCE engineer for years in my back home and I was using his videos. Once I arrived in Canada I had visited him and attend an on-site course in his centre, it was amazing, I have learnt a lot and still been attending his great webinars. A top of that he found me a job in UCCE field here in Canada.

The Cisco collaboration and AWS classes was awesome, got to learn so much from the lectures. An awesome learning experience from the highly skilled and experienced Cisco and AWS teacher. It was a great classes understood all concepts with practical Assignments. It was nicely taught by Faisal Khan. These courses are very much related to achieve certifications on CISCO and AWS.

Voicebootcamp is one of the few places I would say more attached to.
I did my AWS course and certification over there. There is a lot of perks studying there.
Main thing is hands-on experience. What ever we study we do extensive labs to be thorough. They have there own data center where we can do experiments. I also did my course in Cisco voice over there.
The main attractive course is Cisco Voice with heavy lab we can experience live voice labs.
The staffs are nice , cooperative and well knowledgeable.
