I would leave 1⭐️if I could. Ordered a couple of items, sent one back as didn’t suit. I literally tried it on, didn’t like it, so put it straight back in the packaging and returned. Just received an email from customer services stating that the item had “marks” all over, attaching photos of the “marks”. Absolutely fuming as this item was literally tried on and returned straight away so the “marks” must’ve been there when it arrived. They have offered to either return to me (probably at my expense) or refund only 60% of what I’ve paid. I’m sorry but if this is how customers are treated when returning items, then I won’t be ordering ever again, which is a shame as quality is good. I will be taking this further as I refuse to be offered anything less than a 100% refund.

Meine Erfahrung bezieht sich auf Voited Deutschland. Super schneller Versand, easy Umtausch und Rückerstattung und nette & schnelle Kommunikation bezüglich eines DHL Problems meinerseits.

Wir haben bereits seit Jahren zwei Decken von Voited und sind sehr glücklich damit!
Ich habe vor ein paar Tagen noch etwas bestellt und es gab vom Zusteller aus Probleme mit der Lieferung. Der Kundenservice von Voited hat direkt und toll reagiert! Sehr nette Kommunikation. Mir wurde die Ware sofort nochmal geschickt, obwohl die Sendung, die (angeblich) nicht zugestellt werden konnte, noch nicht wieder bei Voited angekommen war. Diesmal an einen Paketshop und die Zustellung hat funktioniert. Danke nochmal!

Mega tolle Qualität aller Decken. Wir haben mittlerweile Cloudtouch, Ripstop und die Beach Blanket.
Alle Decken kamen zuverlässig innerhalb von zwei bis drei Tagen in Berlin an. Auch der Kundenservice hat auf eine Rückfrage meinerseits am nächsten Tag geantwortet.
Das Punktesammeln im Voited Prämienprogramm klappt einwandfrei. Kann daher nur Gutes sagen.

Nur Probleme: bestellt - falsche Decken wurden geliefert. Hin und her mit eMailverkehr. Nochmal bestellt: im Karton fehlte eine Decke. Falsch gelieferte Decken zurückgeschickt - hab jetzt nach 1,5 Wochen immernoch keine Rückzahlung. Nichts läuft dort automatisch. Nur Hickhack. Aber Ware ist ok.

Never received my package although they say it has been delivered. I have checked with DHL and they said they delivered but to someone else and that tracking number was not mine. The tracking number Voited provided to me was not mine. They refuse to do the refund

Not only are their designs absolutely gorgeous, but all of their products are high-quality and last long despite the weather circumstances, dog nails, and intensive use both in- and outdoors. Once, I ordered the wrong size, and they immediately replaced it without any issue. Both human and pet blankets are dirt- and water-repellent, which is GREAT if you have dogs. They also don't tear easily, and dog hair doesn't stick to them (I have huskies, so that says a lot).

I have been trying to order for 2 days. They added a "gift" to my basket that was then added to the bill for full price. I mailed three times but never got a decent solution for this issue with their website, customer service made complicated suggestions like first paying and then mailing them again for a refund, or offering me a discount code that still added up to more than i was supposed to pay. Very dissappointed.

Outstanding customer service - quick, helpful, cheerful - and the problem was my fault! I also love the slippers poorly reviewed below; I don’t think they come up small as suggested but they do need a few days to bed down. I would certainly buy again with confidence.

Wie beschrieben - tolle leichte, dennoch warme Decke. Wir haben uns für das Modell mit Fell entschieden. Einzig wie man das Kissen faltet ist uns nicht klar. Aber das bekommen wir auch noch hin ;-)

A product that I purchased was faulty and I wrote to Voited to let them know. Their response was fantastic !! really 5 star - if all companies were like this, the online shopping world would be a much better place. Completely resolved to my satisfaction - thank you Voited!!

Bought the slippers. Product is at best a Meh.

Size is off. I am a 9 US, and bought a Medium. I don't fit, unless I wear my skinny socks.

Foot bed is really strange. Not really a sole, more of a floppy piece of rubber. Memory foam, what they use, is great for a sleeping bed, but terrible for a shoe bed. Does not provide any support for rocks, uneven surface. And I notice small pebbles in our driveway. Feels like walking on a squishy piece of cardboard.

No returns now that I have worn them. Which is ok. But a nice offer of 15% off my next purchase. Right.

And I can find no place to leave a review online on their site. Really a curated experience, but not in a good way.

Shocking Customer Service! Never respond to e-mails or messages. Have spent the past 2 weeks trying to get some sort of response. My advice would be try an alternative company!

The items I bought were good, however my plans changed, and wanted to return or exchange 1 of the items.
I asked for the return label as instructed in the voited website, and no reply.
I also sent a direct message concerning this and how disappointing it was, still no reply.
So now I have an item bought from voited, and I cannot return it.

I will not be recommending these people to anybody, as it seems like a cash trap to me.

I had a very good experience with Voited customer service when I ordered a blanket. There was a slight fault with the blanket and I contacted Voited. They looked into my email very quickly and before I knew it they had sent a replacement item. You couldn’t get better customer service if you tried.

bestellt, angekommen, schönes produkt, alles gut. Leider mit GLS, aber hat trotzdem geklappt.

I was a bit dubious about this company as it came through as a Facebook ad, but after checking them out they looked legit so I ordered. I would have had my order with a couple of days if Royal Mail weren't so useless, but eventually got my change robe and Cloudtouch slippers, and the quality is great. I bought them for camping and they are very warm and cosy. Will buy from them again with confidence.

Vorgestern spät am Abend bestellt, heute da! Bestellvorgang war unkompliziert, die Webseite übersichtlich und mit der Lieferung lief alles reibungslos und sehr zügig. Augenscheinlich wirkt die Qualität der Decken gut, getestet habe ich sie allerdings noch nicht.

Ich hatte schon länger mit dieser Decke geliebäugelt und aufgrund der 4-in-1-Funktionen zugeschlagen, da ein Winterurlaub bevorsteht, für den ich diese Decke zusätzlich einpacken werde. Gerade die Kissenfunktion finde ich als "immer dabei" auch im Auto auf längeren Reisen wirklich klasse.

Ich habe eine der Decken aus der Cloudtouch-Kategorie an einem Donnerstag bestellt, die bereits am gleichen Tag versandt wurde. Leider wird mir GLS versandt, die gerne mal direkt an den nächsten Paketshop statt an den eigentlichen Empfänger liefern, so dass ich sie erst am übernächsten Tag in Empfang nehmen konnte, statt bereits am Freitag.

Die Decke hat mich sofort von ihrer Qualität überzeugt und ist für ihr "Fliegengewicht" schön warm. Für mich der ideale Begleiter auf längeren Autofahrten im Winter und Übernachtungen bei Freunden bzw. auf Reisen. Gerade die Schlafsackfunktion mit integrierter Kissenmöglichkeit, finde ich sehr praktisch.
