Over the past two years, I have been using a fully functional solar system powered by batteries from Voltacom.
Recently, I encountered an issue with the Solis inverter. I promptly contacted Stefanos at Voltacom, who arranged for an engineer to visit the following morning to diagnose the problem. The engineer identified that the inverter required replacement, which was promptly resolved.
The entire process was executed swiftly, and the system was restored to full operation. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Voltacom.
I highly recommend Voltacom to anyone considering installing a solar system. Additionally, I would like to highlight that their pricing is highly competitive, as I had previously consulted with other companies before choosing Voltacom.

I am satisfied with the off grid kit 11kw with lithium batteries. They prepared for me a full turnkey solution.

Very first time using this company and ordered a Voltacon MicroInverter VMI 600W Grid 230Vac Single MPPT WIFI - G98 as the concept seemed good was surprised that when it arrived the box containing the unit was not sealed and had been opened and also damaged and the information sheet inside the box had a hole straight threw it which did not give me great confidence in the unit not being internally damaged and I contacted the company who advertized a no quible guarantee and their attitude was it was only the box and they were quite happy to have sent it out in that condition and couldnt see the problem i also gave them the option to replace it with a sealed unopened replacement,I have now requested a return and full refund If their customer service is like this now i can not imaging what it would be like in a few months time if the thing did go faulty Avoid

As an update this was an email I received this morning from voltacon
You are not Ok mate you need to check your way and to behave like an adult your behaviour is childish

The inverter is top of the range and you will loose for not using it
Your choice please return the product and buy elsewhere

It's a shame or a blessing since I will no longer purchase the other Severn that I was planning to purchase

Really good customer service I would say and bear this in mind if you have any issues with this company I have bought products from all over the world and have never met a company with this sort of attitude towards their customers

Very efficient, parts missing were dispatched immediately and arrived the next day.

I bought a system through from an installer from Voltacon. The batteries came with the wrong cables, the installer spoke to their helpline who suggested we use one of the other cables which we did. This damaged the BMS board. After months of wrangling they agreed to repair the batteries, but wanted us to pay £199 per battery, we reluctantly agreed to this just to get the system up and running after 8 months. They now say that the warrantee is void. They even requested (blackmailed) I remove a wholly truthful review before they would fix the batteries. So we now have a stalemate. I have a useless system and they have my batteries. I really would recommend using a more trustworthy company.
In reply, thank you for confirming the batteries have only had 2 charges, this somewhat proves my point that the system has never worked as the charges that were made were probably made before we received them. The system was installed be an experienced installer to your instruction following you suppling the wrong cables.

A stocking mistake was soon rectified and a suitable product dispatched for a Saturday Express delivery. Excellent service and communication. Thank you!

There was a delay when with delivery but it came and that’s the main thing. Once wired the set up was pretty simple. My only issue is the app is very basic and feels like a beta version. I’ve no other EV charging apps to compare to it’s just the feel I got once I started using. Again it works and does the job so it’s far from the end of the world and would not stop me recommending.

easy fitting as I was replacing a old broken unit and all bare the mains power cable was the same so it made my life a lot easier.
