Update: Voltage coffee refunded me completely
Got wrong order

I ordered a Nuova Simonelli filtration kit, pictured with hardware, and received only a 3M replacement filter for $270. I sent it back immediately. Nice try, but no thank you. Not what I ordered.

Poor communication about shipment being separate until I reached out and then still a delay. Going to be at least a 2 week difference in receiving the water filter kit I ordered as one set. Could have ordered somewhere else fir same price if known it'd be this long.

Item was easy to find via a general Google search so kudos for effective SEO.
Item was clearly described and arrived exactly as I expected it. It is a fairly delicate piece of electrical gear partially made of plastic, it was just sent in a padded mailer and could have been damaged, but it was not. I would have appreciated if it was in a sturdy box.
Payment was easy via Shopify, communication post-sale was great including shipping updates. And, the part works great.

Kayla with customer service was absolutely AMAZING. Through no fault of Voltage, I ordered the wrong cleaning tablet for our espresso machine (thank you high-paid [name redacted, but you put these on the outside of a burger] commercial consultant who told me what to order wrongly). I came to Voltage because I had used them for small coffee shop needs and their prices are MUCH better than the place that shall not be named.

Like many small businesses, our small nonprofit coffee shop runs on cash flow at the moment, and money is tight. Kayla called the person in charge of shipping (who had gone home), arranged for return labels, fast shipping of the CORRECT cleaning tabs, and credited our account for the difference in cost.

I don’t know why, but I’m still amazed at amazing customer service. Many businesses have left that personal touch and caring attitude behind. Thank you, Kayla, for your help, and thank you Voltage, for all that you do. This small business will always use Voltage Coffee supply for all of our coffee needs.

We upgraded our espresso equipment to a Linea Mini and Atom 75. This was a huge purchase for us that we didn't take lightly. Prior to purchasing, I called around for quotes. Voltage coffee had the best deal, and in addition, I read other reviews that their customer service was excellent.
I can confirm this is absolutely true. Kayla, the rep I worked with truly went above and beyond! There were some issues w/our machine, but hey, it happens sometimes. The only fear I ever have is.. will the company give us a hard time and be unfair. That did not happen here. Kayla consistently communicated the situation with us and reassured me she was doing everything in her power to make this right, and boy did she deliver. Maxwell, technical support, was also so helpful and clear. I could have easily regretted this purchase, but Kayla made sure that didn't happen. In fact, we became repeat customers. THANK YOU!

I received my 2nd Bunn grinder. I put in coffee beans and started the grinder. It ground less than a teaspoon and then the breaker in the back blew. I adjusted some of the dials and tried it again. It made a buzzing sound and then blew the breaker again.
My issue is with Voltage, they are slow to respond and fix the issue. Emailed and requested a call tag still no response.

The ordering process was super easy and the price was great for the item I got! Customer service was super helpful. The item did take a very long time to get delivery, but I understand delays with production and distribution during this time.
