I was purchasing a La Marzocco Linea Mini. Contact sale person for few questions and got responses quickly even over weekend. Price was very reasonable and sale team worked with me and ensure my concerns and needs were addressed. Highly recommended.

I purchased a Curtis d500 coffee machine. The problem I have from other retailers is that they do not come with the 120 volt cable already installed. This unit came ready to plug in. The only problem is I had a issue getting the quarter inch flare adapter for this coffee machine. But they immediately sent one out. I actually really like this company for the fact that they got me my machine within 3 days. I don't know how they did that considering every retailer advertise 3 to 4 weeks for shipping. I appreciate them getting the unit to me quickly and ready to just plug in and on top of that give me an adapter for the quarter inch flare water inlet.

Overpriced
Things are very expensive on the website, not just what I got. Paid $22 for a part that cost just over $3. Unfortunately it's the only place I could find it, hence the overcharge. Got free shipping, luckily I wasn't in a hurry as it took more than 1 week to get it delivered.

I have to say that the level of professionalism, ability to answer and resolve any question or issue you may be having is outstanding. I have to say is not the best price in the market but what you get in terms of customer service is worth it paying just a little more. I bought a fetco coffee brewer, grinder, coffee urns.

Bravo! We needed 2 Swift grinders and the whole process was super easy! The online part was great, but the customer service was top notch! We were asked which espresso machine we had so that the grinders could be set for us! The grinders were sent on a truck and were packaged so that no harm could come to them. They were marked so that the shipping company could make no mistake that the utmost care was needed in handling. We are using them and our baristas love them. They are super fast with no waste, which means my wife roasts much less! Fast shipping, beautiful grinders, and best of all - nice people!!! Thank you!
