Voltaire are amazing at what they do! Rachael provided such a fantastic professional service, helping me to choose the perfect ring, sourcing the diamonds and getting it set so beautifully! I couldn’t recommend Voltaire more. Can’t wait to go back to get our wedding bands!

From the U.S. to Dublin, Voltaire Diamonds assisted me in picking the perfect ring using their website and sending me quality videos of their rings in stock. After arriving in Dublin, Voltaire Diamonds staff were even able to assist me in safely acquiring my purchase without tipping off my partner. It was all perfectly executed!

I couldn’t recommend Voltaire Diamonds enough. We had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Rachel and Gabrielle were super to deal with and made both of our trips so special. The rooms and decor are totally different to any other place we went, it was a really relaxing environment. By the end of the first appointment we had landed on potentially going the custom root however I was nervous to commit to something I couldn’t fully try on but Gabrielle was so kind and not at all pushy, she was so informative, she made recommendations to what I thought I wanted based on her experience which was great. Gabrielle took all out details and told us to think about it and if we were happy we could just call or email back and she would take care of the rest.

This was brilliant as we didn’t feel under pressure to make a decision which wasn’t the case in a jewellers we had visited prior to our appointment in Voltaires where we were put under a lot of pressure to make a decision on a ring I though I liked there.

We ended up going with the custom ring. Gabrielle was fantastic and keeping my partner informed on what stage the ring was at, she even sent pictures of of diamond so I could see it this was lovely and added to the excitement while we waiting for the ring to be made.

We just picked it up at the weekend and then I say it exceeded all of my expectations, I really mean that. I couldn’t be happier with my ring, it is everything I dreamt it could be and more . Rachel was so lovely to us when we arrived to pick it up and really made the moment special, we tried on wedding bands and purchased them as well. Rachel was really great at helping us decide on the right bands as neither of us really knew what we wanted, she gave great advice and we were really happy leaving the appointment.

Again I can’t thank Voltaires enough for their help in making my engagement ring and our wedding bands., you can really tell the girls love what they do, it isn’t about making a sale, they are really invested in helping you pick out the right jewellery for you. This was so evident in our experiences with both Gabrielle and Rachel. I couldn’t recommend Voltaires enough and we are so happy with our rings

Honestly the best experience I've ever had purchasing ANYTHING - the people are just so lovely, and no one is pushy. Nothing is an issue, even when I wanted to return my wedding band because I wanted white gold claws instead of gold. I could not recommend this place more, absolutely loved every minute. I spent months looking for the perfect ring but could not find it anywhere in Ireland. I stumbled upon Voltaire Diamonds online and they had the exact ring that we were looking for. Rachael went above and beyond to accommodate us, a pleasure to deal with and so professional. Even though we came specifically for that ring she showed us other styles and did not pressure us to make a decision immediately. They offer a very unique one to one experience where you can really look at the rings without the hustle and bustle of your everyday jewellers.
