Frustrating that only after doing a deposit bonus you find the terms and conditions. Deposited $150 AUD with the 100% deposit match only to discover after that you had to wager 40x your deposit before you'd be able to cash anything out, so I had to attempt to wager $12,000 AUD (my deposit and the match x40). Apparently cancelling the bonus voids your deposit also so couldn't even do that to cash out my initial deposit!

I would leave the no star if it gave me the option they are the biggest scam

Im new at this site. I have played with mybookie, bovada, betonline and betnow mostly playing sports. I can honestly say that this site have the best setup Ive seen. It's very broad and a lot of great options. I guess I'll have to see how their cash out processing will go.

I had in my account like 4500 eu after a really good week. To withdraw err nope. They were sent every document they asked for. They refused to pay my card which i deposited with and told me i have no choice but to start a bitcoin account. When i argued that the terms stated payments to be refunded only on card used to deposit and dis agreed they shut my account and refused to pay me. Point blank. That was my experience. I reported to british gambling commission but no help getting my honestly won money.
