No details email regarding dispatch …

No details email regarding dispatch details. 10 days to arrive after confirming order and 1 item did not arrive. 5 emails sent asking for information regarding order and not a single reply or acknowledgment email received. I had to call twice to sort this out and am still waiting for my final item to be delivered.
Overall not very pleased with the service provided and would use them again.

Poor customer service

Ordered parts with a indicated 7-10 day delivery.
16 days later and two email's i finally get a response "..original email not received.." [strange that the second one got through!!..].."..items lost in transit..will send out replacement by a different method.."
3 working days later and still no conformation that anything has been dispatched. Two emails later and i finally have the items, but no response from the two email.
Items look okay and i cannot complain about them as they are what they are, but customer services is almost a non-entity- do not expect a reply to emails.
