Excellent products, even better customer service

Excellent products. Very good quality. When you call them they know exactly who you are by phone number, not speaking to a rude wholesaler but a company that deals direct with you. The next day shipping to your door you can rely on.

orders, deliveries, gear quality and service.


you place the order and you have a chance on how quick you would like the delivery (no order one day and it turns up 3 days later if your lucky) and it actually happens, this is fantastic when you need to rely on a delivery and need the gear quick.
orders are correct and if there is a problem it is rectified ASAP, the quality of the product is up with the best, you can not ask for more.

Whenever I get anything from Voltex, If it's an app order or a phone call nothing is a problem.

Sometimes the delivery times are a bit random but generally it is very good.
If it,s a return it,s no problem either.
