After reviewing your order, you received a game which has a Regular Retail Price (RRP) of $29.99 USD. This meets the value guarantee of our Platinum tier.

The lower price you’re seeing is due to a temporary Steam sale, which is controlled entirely by the publisher. As a retailer, we don’t control or influence these discounts, and all of our mystery keys are valued based on standard RRP — not sale prices. This is clearly outlined on the product page, within our Value Protection policy & Money-Back Guarantee policy.

We also noticed that no support request was submitted regarding this order. If you had reached out, we would have been happy to review the situation with you directly.

Additionally, as confirmed before revealing the key, revealed keys are non-refundable, since they cannot be resold or deactivated.
