Great product and customer support

Great product as simple to use for my guests. Customer service has been super as I did have an issue at the point of installation, this was quickly resolved with minimum fuss. I would recommend Voltshare if you need a charger with a simple payment facility.

Helpful customer service

Holiday let owner - Monmouthshire, Wales

You always get to know how good a service is when you have a teething trouble with it. We put a Voltshare charge point in our holiday let business and at first we had some problems with it charging my own EV. Kerri-Lee and the team were all over the issue, working out of office hours and they tweaked the software and we now have a reliable revenue generating asset for our business. Thank you

A great additional service for my guests

I own a small B&B and have wanted to install an electric charging facility as an additional service for my guests for some time.
I have always been put off by the very complicated details and requirements needed and was never 100% clear on pricing and costs.
A chance meeting with Julian and a followup survey took away all these concerns.
The survey was thorough and took into consideration my listed building. The cost was competitive especially with the grant, the installation was smooth and the aftercare support from Kerri-Lee second to none. I am yet to have a user but I have already secured a future booking asking to use the facility.
So so far a very happy customer indeed

I am naturally very skeptical.

I am naturally very skeptical about these things as I am a bit of a technophobe. But Voltshare have been so good to work with. My contact Kerri-Lee, is so genuinely helpful. Nothing forced. She really does go the extra mile. Really helped when some guests couldn't link their phone to the App. I would highly recommend. They can be trusted.

Voltshare’s Kerri-Lee Kirk: A Customer Success Manager who deserves her job title and more


We installed a Voltshare EV charging station last year for our five holiday lets. From the get-go, it’s been a really smooth process and easy to use. However, their service does require WiFi to be available. So with a broadband outage in our area for several days and guests arriving who needed to use the charger, we were a bit stuck. We rang Voltshare on Friday evening and Kerri-Lee picked up. She was brilliant. No customer verification needed, she understood our issue, sympathised and tried to help. Half an hour later she called back with a suggestion to purchase a portable router. The next day she called to see how we were getting on,
And once again this morning. Such concierge service is rare indeed. We have been customer advocates of Voltshare and recommended them. But this was a WOW. Thank you!

Very helpful staff

Excellent Customer Support

We had problems over a couple of days last week using our ev charger and then today, the Voltshare App had a hiccup. Kerri-Lee was so helpful in helping us sort out the problems. It was lovely dealing with such a friendly customer relations person, as so often help-lines can be anything but! Thank you Kerri-Lee, you're a star!

Does exactly what it says on the tin

As a contractor fitting lots of there chargers can say from the initial application all the way through to communication is faultless. Good team and very efficient. Perfect chargers with inbuilt billing for customers to pay as they use. Thanks Sam Switched On Electrical

I find the staff in general very pleasant exceptionally hard working and knowledgeable.
I think Voltshare have an excellent Business model and is based on simplicity and excellent communication and customer service as far as I see.

Voltshare installed an EV charger at Rose Cottage, Witherslack, Cumbria.

Voltshare installed an EV charger at our holiday property. It was a complex install, and we encountered various challenges due to the rural location and power supply with achieving a reliable vehicle charge. Voltshare have worked through the issues so that we now have a workable EV charging set up that can be used for personal and commercial use. Technical and customer support have always been polite and easy to deal with and have stuck with it to get to an end solution.

We have just signed up with Voltshare

We have just signed up with Voltshare, initially there was some oversights at the beginning but once all sorted and having the install we are thoroughly pleased we choose them for our ev chargers.

The part that has won is over is the the support with Kerry-Lee and being able to speak to someone, that actually geniunely cares about you, there product and what ever they can do for it to be a successful experience for everyone involved.

Great Electric Vehicle Car Charger & Service by Voltshare

Great EV car charger service from Voltshare so far.

My electrician gave me their details after deciding to add an EV charging point at my new holiday let cottage.

The process was clearly explained so I went ahead and ordered. A Box arrived a short time later for my electrician to install.

Kerri-Lee Kirk From Voltshare has been FANTASTIC in helping me set up their app correctly. (The app itself isn’t that user friendly it has to be said, but Kerri-Lee walked me through it over the phone and made it easy)

Kerri-Lee Kirk has been very friendly, chatty, knows her stuff, and is a credit to the company as she really enjoys her job and wants to ensure customers are happy with everything.

The EV charger itself is simple to use. I bought my own electric car a little while after the charger was installed and have had no problem using it. You just wave a card over the panel and that lets you use it as the owner.

If you are have the charger installed for the public to use, or in my case for holiday guests to use, you simply set your own tariff on the app, so you make a little money from it as well as Voltshare, every time guests use it.

You can give guests a password number they enter on the app themselves, so you can control who uses it. Or, you can set it so anyone can use. I chose the first option as we only want it for cottage holiday guests to use, and myself occasionally.

The company is very responsive to queries and provide high quality after care customer service. I cannot yet comment on how easy holiday guests find it to use as we are still at the refurbishing stage, but I didn’t find it a problem, so don’t anticipate any problems for them either.

Voltshare also give you a large plastic plaque with instructions on you can place on the wall next to the charger or anywhere you like. You can even add your own company logo to it if you want.

The main reason we chose Voltshare over other EV chargers is that you only pay a one off cost for the charger, which isn’t that expensive and either you pay your electrician directly or Volthshare does if you have applied for the Government grant to get one. It’s then yours to keep. You don’t have ongoing costly subscription charges to pay ! Like many of the others on the market, so this is why Voltshare has an edge over competitors in my opinion, it’s just a better business model that works better for customers
.. they take a small cut for themselves of the charging cost and so does the Voltshare owner, so winner winner.

The Government Grant is very simple to apply for, hardly any form filling at all and mine was approved within a few days. You then forward it to Voltshare who claim the Grant on your behalf and organise the installation. Simple.

Perfect for the Hospitality Industry

We selected Voltshare as our preferred supplier for charging e-vehicles at Hood Lane Farm Estates.

Voltshare offers not on us but our customers using Hood Lane Farm B&B, Glamping, Motorhome Pitches and Coffee Shop flexibility and ease of use for charging their vehicles on site. The easy to use card reader and app is super convenient too.

We had a great all round experience from start to finish with Voltshare. From sales, to pre installation, installation process, marketing and after sales support. 100% recommend.
