Ga hier nooit spelen ! Dit is echt dikke scam. Hier echt voor meer dan duizenden euro's gespendeerd.... maar nooit iets gewonnen ! Spelletje gespeeld met inzet 1 euro en dan in de bonus komen en 0,25 cent krijgen dit heeft niks meer met r.t.p te maken maar een pure graaiers cultuur van dit casino. Ook als je wat langer hebt gespeelt (uurtje of 1.5 ) krijg je system error en mag je je spel opnieuw opstarten... likt wel een soort van resset.... dus let op ! Een gewaarschuwd persoon telt voor 2 .

Ik wil even laten weten dat mijn ervaring op jullie platform gewoon goed is ! Ik heb altijd een open communicatie gehad met mijn v.i.p Manger naar het behalen van de status vip! En ook al waren bank uit betaling voorheen sneller , er zijn genoeg alternatieven die goed werken. Ik merk ook dat dit een jong / pas beginnend platform is , dus moet het ook de ruimte krijgen zich te ontwikkelen en te verbeteren! Het is erg jammer dat voltslot zo et hun spelers omgaat! In het verleden waren er nooit problemen met de uitbetaling. Ik heb 26dagen moeten wachten op mijn uitbetaling. Ik heb supportteam elke dag moeten mailen en elke keer hetzelfde antwoord...het is onderweg je moet wachten! Verleden week moest ik van een maand bankafschriften inleveren, ik was het er niet mee eens want het bedrag stond nog steeds in mijn account. Toch maar gedaan met zwartmaken. Uiteindelijk is alles betaald maar heb gezegd dat mijn account gesloten moet worden. Het is werkelijk ongelooflijk wat voltslot aan het doen is en als zij zo doorgaan houden zij weinig spelers over!
Mijn held is vipmanager Sam, hij heeft mij echt door het hele proces heen gesleept! Alle lof voor Sam!!
Mijn tip voor diegene die nog steeds niet zijn uitbetaald:
Spam de supportteam elke dag of meerdere malen per dag, maak een myfinity account aan en laat je daarop uitbetalen dat gaat een stuk sneller dan via de bank!
Verder moet je gewoon nooit meer spelen bij Voltslot en je account sluiten!

I have been waiting for 16 days so far for a payout.
Same thing i get told by most users. Your payment should arrive shortly. Or it's on your bank side.
They used to be very fast with these transactions, been playing for a few years now. That's my only issue with the website. Rest of it is perfect. Once the money arrive i'll update.

Betalen gaat heel eenvoudig maar als je wil uitbetalen gebeurd er weinig. Ondertussen al 7 dagen aan het wachten op een uitbetaling. En ze zeggen doodsimpel. Dat je even langer moet wachten want hun hebben de uitbetaling verwerkt. Contact met eigen bank gehad en die zeggen er is niks onderweg. Al met al niet aan beginnen schijt casino. Hulp krijg je niet van ze. 1 ster is nog teveel voor ze. Korte samenvatting. Betalen heel simpel. Uitbetalen ik denk nooit een x

Schandalig trage uitbetaling
Uodate 15 juli: het geld is eindelijk ontvangen. Heeft even geduurd maar toch. Wel jammer dat zo lang miet duren. Voor mij geen Voltslot meer.
Update 14 juli: Contact met mijn bank gehad nogmaals maar nergens een bedrag te vinden. Dus nu zoals @VoltSlot aangeeft in hun reactie een mail gestuurd. We zullen zien of ze met ee. oplossing komen. Wordt vervolgd.
Mooie site en toffe spellen maar nu komt het. Ik wacht al twee weken op mijn uitbetaling van maar 140 euro. Meerdere malen contact gehad waarbij wordt aangegeven dat het bij mijn bank ligt en dat ze geld al hebben overgemaakt. Contact met bank gehad maar die geven aan dat er geen geld onderweg is. Ik hou er rekening mee dat mijn geld niet wordt betaald. Het lijkt in alles dat ik ben opgelicht. Dus pas op met spelen hier!!

Update 14 may 2025: they start ignoring again and on live chat they said that they already refunded the full amount. Total lyers! They did not! I did showed everything. They keep lying and lying! After almost a year they finally responded something on email. But no money yet. I’ve got a feeling that we can solve this and i finally can delete every single review. Waiting for €5080 yet… if this transfer is made, i promissed them my word… this is the last chance i gave them and what happened in the past might be a issue with a different owner.
