Hier niet spelen

Update. Ik ben eindelijk geverifieerd en na tig mails en tig documenten kon ik eindelijk een withdraw doen. Nu nog kijken of het ook gestort wordt. Heb er wel een bevestiging van gehad per mail. Dus ben benieuwd.

Hier niet spelen. Ik heb 1800 gewonnen en inmiddels al weer teruggespeeld naar 1500 maar verifiëren doen ze niet, dus je kan geen withdraw doen. Ze blijven hameren op een transactie met Creditcard op een bepaalde tijd en ik heb drie transacties gedaan en van alle 3 de afschriften gestuurd. Paspoort, rekening van telefoon, pasjes foto, foto met mezelf en paspoort. Ik krijg geen respons. Telkens zeggen ze we nemen contact op. Echt heel oneerlijk casino die niet wil uitbetalen en van alles verzint. Zoveel gegevens liggen er al en nog niet voldoende. Ik heb me overal aan gehouden, alles opgestuurd wat ze gevraagd hebben, maar geen respons.

Speel nooit op deze site

Speel nooit op deze site. Storten is binnen 1 minuut geregeld hoeveel je maar wilt. Maar als het op uitbetalen aan komt. Moet je een 30 stappen proces door. Mijn account is geverifieerd. Maar alsnog moet ik documenten blijven insturen. Mensen speel hier niet wat een slechte site is dit.!!!

Don't play on voltslot, I was playing yesterday and I had a balance of 1040 and whilst playing with a bet of 1,50 I suddenly had 45,- left I witnessed how my balance changed from 1040,- to 45,- i send an email but didn't respond yet.

Niet de moeite

Dit soort sites halen de fun uit online casinos. Heb gewonnen ze vragen om verificatie heb mij creditcard betalingen opgestuurd wordt niet geaccepteerd ze willen een bank overschrijving zien ik heb gevraagd of ze niet 2 andere datums waar ik met mijn bank heb overgemaakt op konden sturen maar dat kon niet veranderd worden ze willen een verificatie zien die ik niet heb. Puntje bij paaltje weg winst ...ik krijg het niet voor elkaar. En de live chat is een lachertje.

Tegenwoordig veel te lange doorlooptijd

Normaal na de dag van goedkeuring ( wat vaak dezelfde dag nog was) geld op je rekening. Sinds een tijdje zijn deze tijden veel langer. Sinds goedkeuring maandag heb ik vandaag( donderdag) nog steeds geen geld. Ook al sinds 2 uitbetaling staan voor goedkeuring en ook nu het wachtwoord first come first serve… waarvoor ben je vip speler? In ieder geval duurt het nu veel te lang om je geld te kunnen ontvangen.

Trap er niet in!

Het is dat ik hier niet mag schelden, maar dit is echt een scam website, trap er niet in mensen.
ik heb met 25 euro 125 euro gewonnen, uit eindelijk is het voor geen enkele mogelijkheid mogelijk om je geld te terug te storten.
Ze willen allemaal informatie van je die je dan uit eindelijk geeft, die ze wellicht dan weer door verkopen aan ''derde'' trap er dus AUB NIET IN!

Ze hebben trouwens ook een zogenaamde LIVE Chat functie, als je daar op klikt gebeurt er niks.

7 weken verder en geen enkele uitbetaling gedaan

Wacht nu al meer dan 7 weken op een terugbetaling. Het storten van geld gaat heel snel maar een winst uitkeren doen ze liever niet bij dit casino. De klantenservice en het support team blijven je afwimpelen met dat je geduld moet hebben. Ook krijg je een vip manager toegewezen maar ook deze zogenaamde Kira reageert al 6 weken niet op berichten en mails. Ik ga het nu hoger opzoeken en dit juridisch aanpakken. Voltslot moet zich diep schamen over hoe het zijn spelers omgaat.

Don't believe these words from voltslot.com.

The chat hasn't changed, they just don't respond to emails to support.

And the general terms and conditions are not valid if they are in a country illegally. I have asked several lawyers about this.

Voltslot.com is just lying here. The chat says that my request is still being investigated.

It all contradicts each other.

All voltslot.com has to do is refund me and other players from illegal countries.

As a Dutch citizen you can no longer register on the site. They have now blocked that.

Dear voltslot employee who responded to this. Make sure that people who are owed money actually get it.
