Basically this "casino" is a scam, delayed my deposit for more than 48 hours to not crediting the deposit I made.

Pure oplichting

Geld instant gestort om te willen spelen. Dag erna nog steeds niks op mijn account. Chat bereikt en kwamen af met oneindig veel bewijzen dat ik zou moeten doorsturen die onmogelijk te maken zijn op een bank app. Enige reactie verder is we cant help you. Wat een scam casino is dit echt niet betrouwbaar het lijkt wel alsof ze goed helpen in de comments maar daar klopt niks ze laten het echt lijken je moet tientallen documenten laten zien en dan nog steeds word je niet geverifieerd je geld terug te storten nooit hier aansluiten er zijn genoeg andere casino's de bonussen lijken hier wel interessant maar uiteindelijk kan je geen geld terug krijgen

Nog nooit zo'n slechte casinoervaring gehad!! Klein bedrag gewonnen. Na uploaden paspoort geen mogelijkheid om het eraf te krijgen. Na online chat komen ze met 1001 vragen om documenten te uploaden enz enz.

Changed my mind but company wont give me back my 200 euros!!

Have dposited 200 euros last saturday. One deposit went wrong and was not on my account so I deposited 100 more. In totally after 2 days it was on my account. I changed my mind and wanted my money back, because I had to pay a bill meanwhile. Forgot about it. Thats something what can happen..mailed the conpany directly at saturday morning. Now 5 days later still nothing happened and every time when I I chat at customer service they said I have too wait. Now I have an extra penalty because I dont have paid my bill from 40 euros. From another bill I get another penalty as well in a few days. It is a shame that whatever I write or do at the company Voltslot never give a reaction. I Just want my money back! Took too much time now and will Cost me lots of extra money!

Update:

When can I get my money back then?? On which date?
