Emailed customer support multiple times about shipping date and status, never got a response.
Still waiting for a response from support.

Shipping updates and delivery date are still not available.

Customer support seems non-existent on Volutz.com

Jag har inte fått mina varor som jag beställde 2 januari, första kontakt via deras kontaktformulär får jag inget svar på. Skickar igen via mailen samma veckan fakturan skulle vara betalt, de skyller på problem med mailen. Ger mig halva priset och lovar att skicka två dagar senare, då nästan en månad sent. Nu en vecka efter de skulle skickas, har jag varken fått någon order eller någon form bekräftelse att något ens har gått i väg. Vare sig från Volutz statussida eller leverantörens paketspårning.

Uppdatering: Volutz har nu haft över 3 dygn att återkomma med svar på vad som händer, men åter igen inget svar. Fantastiska kablar, men vad gör det när de inte skickar dem eller svarar!

Uppdatering 2: Varorna kom efter en och halv månad, med ett undantag fick en USB A till USB C i stället för USB A till Micro USB. För kompensera för detta har de skickat med fyra olika adaptrar 2st USB C till USB A och 2st Micro USB till USB C. Så inga av adaptrarna omvandlar kabeln till Micro USB, där jag ger lite upp... Jag kommer aldrig handla där med, rekommenderar ingen annan göra de heller!

I bought the color coded pkg. several years ago. Still using them. Buying more now to share and upgrade.

The products are great. The selection of products isnt as good as before. And not being able to purchase from amazon any longer is a real pain in the butt.

I placed an order with Volutz for two USB C to USB A 2.0 Cable Color Coded 5-pack on August 27h. I did not receive the order until October 4th. I had to send three different emails in September on the 10th, 16th, and 26th requesting information about my order. I wish I could say everything went great, but it did not.

I will say Volutz USB cables are the best I have ever purchased. They use to sell them on Amazon, but I cannot purchase then anywhere except directly from Volutz in Sweden. Please start selling on Amazon! I love your cables, but your customer service is horrible!

I ordered 10 pieces of the Quantum I 20W Ultra-flat USB-C Wall Charger with USB-C Cable on September 2 and have not received anything yet. I have sent multiple emails and have not received any response yet. I would advise anyone not to order ANYTHING here

According to the order, all orders were promised to be shipped the next day and notified by email. 14 days later, I was not informed, nor was the goods shipped. To date, there has been no response to my written request. However, the cost of the goods was immediately debited.

I have not received the package. I am on vacation in Malmo and bought it to be sent to a hotel. I have until this Thursday to get it or it will be lost since I will be leaving the country. Please reimburse my money if you are unable to ship the item.

My order was efficiently processed and I am very happy with the product.

Delivered within expectations.

I like the product but the communication about tracking number and estimate of delivery it's terrible. I bought 2 usb cord 2 weeks ago and I haven't received yet or I haven't get any tracking info yet

I couldn’t find the Volutz charging cables available in the UK, so thought I’d try direct from them. Their site said postage to UK was free and so I took the chance (brexit had me worried about the ease of it arriving), and was very happy to receive the charging cables a few days later with no complications whatsoever! I’ve had their cables before and they lasted a good few years past the guarantee before they were no longer working properly, so I was really happy to replace them with the same amazing brand. The whole thing from purchasing to delivery was faultless and the company gave great communication along the way also. If you are considering buying from them, go for it! You will be just as happy with your purchase as I am.

Volutz cables are good but they used to be thicker and were probably more durable.
