unsatisfied with the service. they extend your agreement for one more year even if the dashboard says otherwise. they refer to their terms of service.

Best Tracker. Fast and reliable. Great support.

They sold me on telling me that I would have an expert available to me for 2 weeks to help me set up my campaigns. They failed to tell me that that expert only works on Poland time. So I didn't actually get my full 2 weeks of help. I wasted $2,000 on a 4 month subscription to this crap that I could not end up using. I was better off before when I was using their competitor who is for free and hiring a contractor to optimize those campaigns. I will go back to hiring a contractor to work on their competitors app. If you don't understand how to run ad campaigns don't allow these people to talk you into their lie that they're going to supply somebody to help you because that's not the truth. If you're in America and you don't want to be up midnight through 8:00 a.m. to have somebody available to you their software ain't going to work for you. It's a total bait and switch they're just trying to make money and they don't care about you in the long run. Plus their whole automizer doesn't work either. Bait and switch all around

Terrible experience. Yes, the tool is great, but their pricing is just not fair, and it is a well known fact in the affiliate community.

So I decided to give Native ads a try, and I wanted to make sure I have all the tools necessary to increase my chances for success, and that includes their anti-fraud kit. I was particularly interested in the honey pot.

I went to check their pricing, and I noticed that the Scale plan includes the anti-fraud kit, and it costs $350/month. As a new affiliate, that is a significant cost.

I also noticed that they were offering a 40% Black Friday discount for the smaller plan, and they mentioned that we should contact them to discuss a discount for the Scale plan. I did so, and I was surprised to be offered just a 5% discount (I mean considering they were offering 40% on the other plan...). I was disappointed, I did not even take the discount, and went ahead and purchased the plan full price on their website.

The second bad surprise happened when setting up my landing pages. I go look for the honey pot script, only to realize that it is not included in the Scale plan. I thought it was part of the Anti Fraud Kit, because it was discussed in the Anti-Fraud kit landing page. But it yea, it was not. So that was a bummer.

And then, the cherry on top of the cake happened when I decided to run Facebook ads. I realized that I did not have access to the Facebook conversion API to send conversions back to Facebook, and I had to upgrade and pay more for that.

Common, at $350/month and I cannot optimize my Facebook campaign fully? At this point, it is clear that this is "GRIFTING". I mean go check other services, Bemob allow you to do that for $19/month, Redtrack includes that in their smallest Solo plan at $150 a month, Clickflaire includes it in their smallest Starter plan at $70/month. This feature is like the basic stuff.

So yea, very disappointed. I checked their terms and conditions and obviously I cannot get a refund. So as soon as this plan expires, I will migrate to another tool. Most likely Bemob.

UPDATE:

Oh, and I forget another thing. I spent 24 hours just to connect a domain name. Their system was rejecting most Hostinger domains. It accepted only a couple, but it could not install SSL on them. So I had to purchase new domain names from Namecheap to make it work. Another $50 spent domaine names. $400 down in totall, and unable to fully optimize a Facebook campaign!

If you are a new affiliate, and don't have spare money to waste, this is definitely not the right tool for you.

Love this platform! The best to tracking Taboola, Outbrain and other Native Ads.

Voluumis very nice tracking tool and i recommend it all.
But you will have to improve on reflection of data from the traffic sources to voluum it takes about 3-4 hours. Its way too long.

Tried variety of tracking software. Voluum is clear winner. Not the cheapest option, but best UX, mobile app, features, support.

Great support, easy to setup and precision on analytics makes Voluum my first option for tracking my campaigns. The templates for affiliate networks and traffic sources saves me time and helps a lot. I run the basic subscription and it's quite powerful for my needs, but for those looking for more advanced features there is plenty to explore.
