EDIT: I found the shipping notice in my Spam folder. It turns out not knowing my products were shipped was Yahoo's fault, not Vonn's.

The online experience was fine, and my products arrive when I expected them to. My only complaint was that I never received any notification that they shipped (like it said I would when I placed my order). I didn't know when they would arrive or by what carrier. We were going to be gone for a few days and I had to impose on neighbors to keep an eye out for our package to be delivered.

They shipped my order to a UPS store. It was supposed to be shipped to my home. At no time did anyone tell me this.

Excellent Customer Service. Could not be happier. Artur was very helpful. I would purchase lights again from this company in a heart beat!

I like the lamp! But the light is not right... very white, sort of what they have in doctors' offices. I didn't notice the tone of light until I actually installed it, and when I called VONN they said I could not return it because it was not in "re-sellable condition", meaning they take better care of their sales than keeping their customers happy.

This lighting fixture is perfect for my daughter’s room. It’s bright, has a lovely design to it, and the remote works well in adjusting the ambiance. The electrician installed it in 15 minutes!
Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and hope to enjoy it for years to come.

The Tueris 18” square ceiling light is an awesome modern addition to our modern villa.

I haven’t installed all the pathway lights yet, but they appear to be well made and definitely fit my requirements. Customer service is spectacular! They are available and very responsive.

A chandelier that's perfect for our location: The minimalist design does not obstruct views from our windows. The range of light is excellent, from dimmest to brightest settings. After reading some reviews, I was nervous that installation would be a nightmare, but my husband and a friend had no problem. Also, very grateful to another reviewer who emphasized using care to avoid tangling wires. This was good advice because we didn't get around to installing the fixture for several months.

Very pleased with product, but there is a downside: This fixture is one of those new LED types where bulbs cannot be replaced; that is, when the lights fail, the entire fixture needs to be replaced. I did not realize this when we purchased it. The good news is that the lights should last during our lifetime, but I'm dismayed that such "throwaway" fixtures are even being manufactured. And this chandelier was NOT cheap! For this reason, I am giving the product a 4-star rating instead of 5.

It is a nice chandelier and great lighting we wish you had the same style and model in a bigger diameter

Thanks for offering such a simple yet elegant wall sconce to highlight my MCM address plate. My electrician was so excited when he saw it and I can’t wait to see it installed.

The process of ordering and receiving a replacement light fixture was fast and easy. The next test will be installing the light and then seeing how long it lasts. Hopefully, it will be longer than the original fixture, 2 1/2 years.

Super bright and looks absolutely stunning. It’s also very easy to install and it’s perfect for my mom’s room!
