Totally understand your thoughts on the container. We want to reassure you that we intentionally designed the cylinder with some extra space to fit the scoop and prevent the powder from being too compact during shipping. Each tin still contains the full number of serves! 💛

Our formulas were created with care, in collaboration with a microbiologist, because we genuinely want to offer natural support to those who need it most. That said, we know every brain and body is different, and we’re really sorry to hear you experience. Your well-being is our top priority, and we’re glad we could support you when you reached out.

Many people start noticing subtle improvements within the first few days, while for others, it can take up to 1–2 weeks of consistent use for the full effects to be felt. Since everyone’s body and brain are different, results can vary so consistency is key!

And yes, you're absolutely right! We do use a 7.5ml scoop for each serving size, which can sometimes lead to a little confusion since the scoop’s volume doesn’t directly equate to the powder’s weight. Due to the natural bulk density of our high-quality ingredients, the powder itself is around 65% dense, which means we use a larger scoop volume (7.5ml) to get the precise 5g weight required for each serving.

So no worries at all — you’ll still be getting your full 30 servings per cylinder as promised.

We want to reassure you that we indeed intentionally designed the cylinder with some extra space to accommodate the scoop and to prevent the product from being too compact during transit. Please know that each cylinder contains a full 30 serves, so you’re all set to enjoy the benefits! Also, since the ingredients of the Flow Fuel and Bedtime Bliss are different, their densities also differ which is why they may have given an impression that one or the other has more. That said, if you measure or weigh your Voomie, we are certain that they will both have the same weight and have 30 serves each.
