Absolutely can not recommend Voomie enough!! I have been following since day one and waited for more reviews to come out to buy but honestly is a life changer! I was struggling with different medications and this has been amazing for me! I have really bad problems with moping around and overstimulation but this makes it all disappear! I am able to get my cleaning done, I’m able to be a more present mum, I’m genuinely just happier!

Voomie products are amazing!! I haven’t slept well in months until trying the Bedtime Bliss (chocolate flavour is elite)
And the flow fuel (berry) has decreased my energy drink consumption by at least 3/4. Only downside is I want to drink the flow fuel alllll day it tastes so yummy, so sometimes I go through my tub too quickly. Love Voomie so much.

AMAZING! It’s been a while now that I realised hard ADHD medication and I don’t really work and I was struggling for the longest time to work with natural remedies to help but my focus in the day has been amazing without any energy level drop and my sleep!!!!! My sleep has been amazing I feel so much better and 10x more stable now ❤️

I began using Voomie because I was at my wits end with trying to find things that could help me sleep. For years, I’d used sleeping tablets, syrups, meditation and a whole array of other tips and tricks but nothing stuck. I’d either forget, lose focus or they just didn’t work. When I discovered Voomie it seemed like a dream come true and it did NOT disappoint. I’ve been using it for just over a month, nightly and I have never had something work as well as this. I mix my powder with milk every night and literally after around 30 minutes, you can actually feel the quiet wash over you. I always describe it to my friends as a sound proof, heated blanket being gently placed over my brain. Everything slows, quietens and I fall asleep and I stay asleep! I’m used to waking up every couple hours or only getting a couple hours a night but since using Voomie, I am getting full night of sound sleep. It has genuinely changed my life, from being exhausted all the time to now being recharged and sleeping like a babe. I recommend it to all my friends and I can’t thank Tarah and the Voomie team enough. Absolutely amazing

The flow fuel actually works, my mind feels calmer but I get more done, I can actually finish a task, I seem a lot less snappy too and don’t have the afternoon crash.

Bedtime bliss is really helping me establish a bed time routine. My insomnia had got to the point of 2am bed a restless night and 7am wake. I now look forward to the routine so have set a 11pm bed time and sticking to it, I wake up so rested whatever it is doing it is game changing!

It has helped my anxiety so much. I work within health care and have a lot happening in my day. I have always struggled with a busy mind and anxiety. My friend I taught a tin together and we loved it! I have a clear mind and can get through my day a lot easier with my voomie smoothie. I am able to sit with my mind rather than fearing it. It has helped me have a clear mind at work and I can get my paperwork done without twirling around on my chair.

The vanilla is my favourite!

The Vanilla Flow Fuel and the Vanilla Caramel Bed Time Bliss. Both are absolutely incredible!

The Bed Time Bliss is so soothing on its own with warm milk at night, leaving me feeling calm, relaxed, and refreshed by the next morning. The Vanilla Flow Fuel has been a game-changer in my mornings – I add it to my French Vanilla latte, and it gives me the perfect boost of focus and energy to get through my day.

The company is perfection, from the marketing down to the service they provide. I ordered my products and an hour later I had my order packed and shipped off the same day!

I have been taking the berry every morning since 28th July and I am starting to notice a difference, I no longer crash out in the afternoons, I am more focused especially at work, this is where I’ve noticed a massive difference which is what I was after, and even on weekends when I’m not working I feel more relaxed and my mind isn’t like having 100 tabs open, I can get things done without burning out or not doing anything at all.

The Flow fuel berry flavour is perfect! I personally use milk and it’s like a strawberry milkshake!

Times have been a bit tough so I haven’t been able to grab another pack yet but I just have to say, wholeheartedly my honest review on Voomie.. The difference between being on your products and off them is night and day!
When I was taking them daily, I felt unstoppable. I was ticking off everything on my to do list and then some. My brain fog was near gone, I breezed through 3 books in a month (which is huge for me, since I’ve never been much of a reader), I was going on daily walks, and just felt like the best version of myself. Now that’s a lot considering I’m a single mum of 2 under 2 struggling with PPD.
Now that I’m not taking it, I noticed the shift immediately! I’ve crashed right back down zero energy, taking forever to get even one thing done, back in hibernation mode, and struggling to get through even a single chapter 😭
Calling this a daily staple in my routine would honestly be an understatement. And that was only with Flow Fuel I wasn’t even using Bedtime Bliss yet, which I definitely need to get my hands on next!

Adult ADHD here. I’m always so skeptical trying products claiming to help. But this actually works 😍 I find my brain fog going away nearly instantly after drinking, I’m more focused, have more energy, and it balances my mood ALOT. I also have quite severe anxiety, this seems to stop the shaky/jitters. Usually not a pineapple fan, but the flavour is so good! Bit of a sour zing to it, not sickly sweet. I’ll be a regular customer 🩷

I’m loving the voomie range.
It helps me and my busy brain out sooo much especially on the nights where I have night shift and need to sleep throughout the day to prepare for it. My number one tip would be to not stop taking it even if you think that it’s not working for you cause it does take up to 2-3 weeks for your body to realise that it’s getting the nutrients that it needs for you to be the best version of yourself that you can. I can seriously tell the difference when I don’t take it for my night shifts vs when I do take it. I can stay at work for my full shifts vs when I don’t which I can only handle have a shift.
At first I was skeptical given that I’ve been on 3 different types of medications to help me get a decent sleep let alone sleep at all given the fact that I suffer with insomnia. The nights where I take voomie I get a solid 6-8 hour sleep with no busy brain thoughts stopping me from getting this solid sleep.

I’ll be completely honest, I was skeptical when I first ordered Flow Fuel. For over a decade now I’ve relied on coffee and energy drinks just to function, easily consuming 600–700mg of caffeine a day (which I’ve since learned is wayyyy over the recommended safe daily limit of 400mg). Even with all that, I was constantly chasing an energy high that never really came, and every single day I’d hit that 2-3pm crash.

Now here I am, three days in, and I’ve completely cut out coffee. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I haven’t experienced that familiar afternoon fatigue once. I’ve been able to stay focused and work full days without feeling like I need to drag myself through. What really surprised me is that even during a really difficult time in my life, dealing with stress, grief, and loss I’ve still felt pretty balanced and ok. That alone feels like a breakthrough.

The taste is another win. It’s fruity and fresh, like tropical sunshine in a glass. I love mixing it with apple juice, but I’m already looking forward to experimenting with new combos to see what other benefits and flavours I can uncover. And I’ve got my eye on Bedtime Bliss for my next order, if it helps me wind down as much as Flow Fuel has helped me get through the day, it’ll be another game changer.

One of the best parts is the simplicity. Just one glass per day, and I’m good to go. No more pounding back multiple coffees or grabbing overpriced energy drinks, hoping they’ll get me through. When I think about it, Flow Fuel is actually less expensive than what I was spending daily, and it’s delivering results I never got from caffeine overload.

I have struggled my entire life with ADHD, the increased stress of adult life and being a parent really did leave me lost in life at times, I was using Vyvanse for 1 year now and as I gradually had my dose increased to find the best one for me I found the side effects to also increase and start to outweigh the benefits. I NEEDED to get off Vyvanse but had no idea what to use, I tried a few other supplements but they made me too jittery and I didn’t like the taste.

Voomie is a product I have found through a friend. She bought it for her son that was suffering quit a lot with adhd.
He took it for a month and she saw massive changes in his mood and all over wellbeing. She couldn’t believe the change in him so she started taking it and the same thing happened for her.

I love this product. After being diagnosed with OCD and BPD and someone who 9verthinks everything but also someone who is always studying (studying to be a physiotherapist) I love the voomie supplement it helps me stay focused all day.
