Everything from sales to installation was great. John the salesman knew everything we needed to know. Frank who delivered and installed was amazing. Spa has been great and is better than expected. You guys are very professional and run a great organisation

I reasearched for a long time before buying a vortex spa. They were the best quality, nz made, very helpful website and staff and very reasonably prices. We even got a follow up email from the MD to make sure we were happy. Weve had it for a few weeks now and its great. Its placed near our kids bedroom and it's so quiet you don't realise its running. Can't recommend them enough.

Thank you Vortex for all your assistance with the installation of our spa. The guys that delivered the spa, were very professional and helpful. I would like to make special mention to John, the salesperson whom we originally purchased the spa off. He was very professional and helpful when we were deciding to purchase (giving us confidence in the spa and the company) and has also given follow up support in ensuring that we are confident with the running of our spa now it has been installed. I have recommended our spa and Vortex to friends and colleagues as it is just a dream.

Great sales person, but when came to install time and where to put the power point for where the pool is positioned no one at Vortex knew how long the lead was from the pool, 2m or 4m, got it sorted this end with a helpful electrician.
Pool is great but not sure on running time for pool, power bill has shot up so suspect it may need to checked, I'm looking into it now.
Delivery was great, Frank is very good although his helper didn't arrive on time, I think he hadn't been told of the delivery! So I managed to get the pool with Frank's great strength up the slope ans stairs to the right place!

We are busy family of five, we have a child who won't sit still, we run our own company and my husbands job is physical. We are rapt with our purchase of a nitro spa to destress, relax, unwind and enjoy some quality couple and family time. It's a great place to relax, warm to the bone and debrief on the day. My husband isn't a great communicator but I feel now we have our spa it's like therapy

We have had our swim spa for over a year and absolutely love it!! However, the whole ordeal of getting it certainly wasnt a pleasant experience!! We were told on the day of ordering that it would be 8 weeks. As it is a new house we had built and we had landscapers working around we told him 9 weeks (a week extra) then it would be in and he could put our grass down. He had to wait to get the hiab in to deliver before doing this.
So after waiting 8 weeks and hearing nothing I contacted Vortex and was put onto the Customer Services Manager and then began emails back and forth of unknown days and then only to find out that the factory it was being made in was shut down for 3 weeks for maintenance!
Terrible lack of communication and had we known would have been fine but landscaper had to carry on and we kept going to and fro with our electrician as to let him as he had to be here the same day.
Anyway, finally arrived BUT all the panels were the wrong colour so then we had to wait another month and more for more to be made and sent over!
Sad to say but overall experience was very disapointing. Couldnt believe how bad the communication was and from what we thought was a well ruputable company! On a positive note the installers were absolutely fantastic! Could not fault them one bit!

We are so thrilled with our Cobalt spa it really has exceeded our expectations. After tearing knee cartilage at the beginning of the year and after surgery, I've found my knee has really improved since we've had the spa. It's a nice treat to look forward to at the end of a working day and a nice, relaxing place to enjoy with friends and family. Thanks so much Vortex team, you really are the A-team with brilliant communication and friendly staff 😀

I purchased the Spectrum spa in January. The process was easy, the delivery/install was easy, the spa is amazing and the envy of everyone that either sees it it gets to use it.
I emailed Vortex service when I thought there was a problem with the led light switch on the control panel. I received a call from a tech in Australia shortly after that. He walked me though the control panel and cleared up what happened to be my confusion and there was no fault with the spa.
I love it and have found Cirtex to be great to deal with.

The swimspa is fantastic. You can easily see it's really well designed and constructed and serious design-thinking has gone in to it. Replaceable, pretty much everything.
The covers on the spa are just fantastic. They line up true, they're light and really easy and quick to manage with 2 people.
The lights are heaps of fun and make night swimming really enjoyable. The motors kick out serious grunt and I can swim against 1 or 2. Three, well that's just something else entirely. Fun I think.
The massage jets are in all the right spots and you can twist them to the perfect stream you're after - super quick, super simple.
The thing that has made me a fan more than anything else I think is the service. The 2 gents Jack and Frank who did the install - really on the button and then Sandy and Colleen who handled the during and after sales service - really top-notch.
We had some pretty large logistics to cover in regards to getting my pool to it's new home pad - but thanks to the Vortex crew - it got here. And now 'we' (my family) are in the swimspa almost every night (and it's winter, and it's been nothing but torrential rain!)

These guys have been awesome! Neisha was fantastic and helpful with all of our pre purchase questions. Had a small hiccup with the delivery, but they were hugely apologetic, didn't muck around getting it sorted, and also gave us a voucher to use in their spa store. After we had our spa installed, both Neisha and Sandy have been so helpful with all of our queries and initial start up. They've never once made us feel like we've been a pain - even though they may have thought it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vortex to anyone, and if we ever upgrade our spa one day, we won't be looking anywhere else.

Customer service, delivery and installation were all very good. Detailed breadth and depth of knowledge by all staff involved. Helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble.

With regard to delivery to Tauranga from Auckland, we received phone calls from both Vortex Spa as well as the courier driver to confirm details.

Installation was very smooth and installer informative. Any queries I have had have been dealt with by customer services very well.

We are so thrilled with our vortex spa it is a long awaited treat for our family and it has surpassed expectations!! Would highly recommend to anyone. Only thing I think is a little lacking is clear care instructions or quantities and more info on adjusting levels if needed.

Did a lot of research into the right spa for our needs and Vortex came out on top,
Great customer service with an efficient support office staff who are willing to go the extra mile.
Love the spa, price and quality they are head and shoulder above the rest.

The Spa was delivered and installed by a pleasant and helpful guy.
He spent a couple of hours installing the spa and explained how to operate which was very useful for a first time spa owner.
The chemical regime is confusing with typed notes and booklet difficult to follow at times.
You can phone customer service to assist with any queries.

Vortex Spas NZ Ltd is a very professional company selling a top class product.
I would recommend them to anyone purchasing a spa.
They are a role model business and I would quote them as a company as to how you run a successful business
